Dev was shouting for help, pulling out his phone, but Natasha could barely hear him. All she could see was Yuvaan's still body, all she could feel was the weight of his last words crushing her heart. The world around her faded into the background, leaving her drowning in the unbearable silence of loss.

A sleek, black luxury car screeched to a halt in front of the towering Raj's Medical Hospital, its tires leaving skid marks on the asphalt. The heavy double doors swung open, and Natasha stumbled out of the car, her clothes soaked with blood-not hers but his. Her chest heaved as her panicked gaze swept across the bustling scene. Nurses and doctors rushed towards her with a stretcher, their faces grave as they prepared for the worst.

In the midst of the chaos, Yuvaan's unconscious body was carefully transferred onto the stretcher. His face was pale, lips almost blue, and his once powerful, commanding frame now limp, covered in deep crimson. Natasha's heart pounded in her chest as she hurried after them, her hand shaking uncontrollably. Behind her, Dev sprinted forward, his face twisted with concern and helplessness.

As the hospital staff rushed Yuvaan down the white-walled corridors toward the emergency room, Natasha and Dev followed closely, but their path was abruptly blocked at the emergency door by a nurse.

"You can't go further, ma'am," the nurse said firmly but sympathetically, her hands outstretched to stop Natasha.

Natasha froze in place, her breath hitching. "Please... please, just let me in!" Her voice cracked, desperation raw in her tone. "I want to be with him, please!" she begged, her words breaking into sobs. Her vision blurred with tears, her hands trembling as she tried to push her way forward. But the nurse stood firm, and Natasha's world began to crumble around her.

Seeing her like that, Dev stepped forward, gently placing his hands on her shoulders. His grip was firm, grounding her in the moment. "Miss Natasha," he said softly but with urgency, "you can't go in there. You have to sit down. Please."

Her tear-filled eyes locked with his, and though every fiber of her being screamed to stay by Yuvaan's side, Natasha nodded numbly, her strength abandoning her. She moved like a ghost, her feet heavy, shuffling toward the nearby seat as if all the life had drained out of her. Her tears kept flowing, silent and unrelenting, as she sank into the chair. Her heart thudded painfully in her chest, each beat reminding her of the moments slipping away.

She couldn't believe it. It all happened so fast. The gunshot. The blood. Yuvaan's lifeless body collapsing in her arms. This wasn't how it was supposed to end. She wanted him to leave her life, to be gone for good, but not like this. Never like this.

A doctor rushed out of the emergency room, pulling off his gloves with a snap. His expression was grim, and without a moment to spare, he addressed Dev.

"He's in a very critical condition," the doctor said hastily. "We were already late in getting him here. He's lost a significant amount of blood, and it's crucial we find someone with a matching blood type immediately, or..." His voice trailed off, leaving the unspoken truth hanging heavy in the air. "You need to arrange for blood-fast."

Before Natasha could react, Dev was already on his phone, frantically dialing. It barely rang once before Abhimanyu picked up.

"Yes, Dev?" Abhimanyu's voice crackled through the speaker.

"Abhi, there's no time to explain!" Dev's voice was tense, nearly shaking. "Yuvaan's been shot-he's lost a lot of blood. We need someone with his blood type, now! Get to Raj's Medical Hospital as fast as you can. Please!" Dev's voice broke with the urgency of the situation, and without waiting for a response, he hung up, racing out of the hospital in search of help.
