The team pulls up to a house that they were going to be issuing a warrant of arrest on the homeowner. Tim and Rose climb out of the car with Gibbs while Tony and Ziva were in the other car.
"Take the back, McGee, Rose." Gibbs orders. The two run to the back with their hands on their gun. Rose follows behind Tim who insisted on going first in case there was any danger.
"McGee, Rose?" Gibbs asks.
"In position, boss." Tim responds.
"Back door's open." Rose confirms.
"Federal Agents! We have a warrant!" Gibbs calls out. They hear a crashing sound. Tony kicks the door in as Tony, Gibbs and Ziva make entry. Rose and Tim were about to join when suddenly, a dog comes running out the backdoor and tackles Tim.
"TIM!" Rose screams. The dog attacks at Tim's jacket sleeve.
"Shoot it!" Tim yells.
"It's a dog, Tim!" Rose exclaims.
"It's chewing my sleeve!" Tim cries out. Rose reacts and shoots the dog where it wouldn't be life threatening for the dog. The dog whimpers and the others come outside to find Rose tending to Tim. Rose turns to look at Gibbs.
"I didn't have a choice, Dad. It was ripping up Tim's arm." Rose states and looks over at the dog, "It should live." The dog whimpers.
The team is shown behind the title of NCIS: Boss's Daughter. Gibbs is shown walking down some stairs with his gun drawn. Tony is shown leaning down in front of a car window then shown sliding down and grabbing his gun. Ziva is shown swimming then she is shown holding her gun as she is looking around. Abby is shown looking at something with Tim then she is shown saluting Gibbs on one side while she dances on the other. Rose and Tim are shown together and she hugs him from behind then the two are shown standing together as they fire their guns on side then the other the two are smiling at each other. Jen is shown getting into MTAC on one side while she sits in her Director's chair on the other side. Ducky is shown grinning as he stands over a body and then he's shown spinning a sword around. Finally, Gibbs is shown hitting the table before the rest of the team is shown in glimpses and then the title is shown again.
[Later]
"Looks like a through and through flesh wound." Palmer states.
"You're a good shot, why didn't you go for the kill?" Tony asks.
"I wanted to get it off of Tim, not kill it. I love dogs." Rose states, "I shot a poor doggie."
"To save me..." Tim states.
"When did you last have a tetanus shot?" Ducky asks Tim. Rose stood next to Tim as she was worried about him.
"Uh, probably after that time Dicky Newsome and I were fighting over the Galacticon to Obi-Wan Kenobi." Tim explains.
"So last year sometime?" Tony jokes.
"It was a while ago, Ducky." Tim responds.
"Yeah, well, a trip to the infirmary is in order." Ducky states.
"Should we take him to the vet?" Ziva asks.
"The dog is going nowhere but back to the lab." Gibbs orders, "It's covered with evidence."
"Great. Abby'll have a field day combing that for evidence." Tony explains.
"It is not an 'it' or 'that' It is a 'he'." Ziva states, "And he is in pain."
"Yes, well, this should alleviate that." Ducky explains.
"Actually, Dr. Mallard, it would be more effective in the back of the neck." Palmer explains.
