[A Few Weeks Later]

After getting Tony back, everything was pretty much back to normal. They get called to a scene and Rose does witness statements with Tim and walks over to the scene.

"None of the bar staff heard anything. Apparently, they like their music real loud." Tim announces.

"Discourages talking. Encourages drinking and other mouth-related activities." Tony comments.

"The camera's been disabled." Rose points out.

"Looks like the dumpster's been moved, too." Tim adds.

"Yeah. Hiding place. Already thought about it." Tony responds. Rose and Ziva look over at the sound of humming. Ducky walks over wearing a very dapper suit.

"A little early for formal attire?" Ziva comments.

"Oh, really?" Ducky asks.

"I'd say late." Tony responds, "Looks like Ducky got lucky."

"You've never heard of a night at the opera?" Ducky asks.

"Sure. Groucho as Otis B. Driftwood. Marx Brothers at their most hilarious. Love the part where they rip up the contract." Tony explains.

"That's a no good-a for you. It's no good-a for me. Whsst!" Ducky comments before kneeling down to the victim, "Single blunt-force trauma to the sternum. At least one broken rib. Ziva, I'm gonna need you to bag some wood ships for me."

"It could be a baseball bat. Major league ass-kicking." Tony explains.

"EMTs declared Taylor dead at the scene a little after three am." Tim adds.

"How's the other fella?" Ducky asks.

"Corporal Ethan LaCombe, rushed to the hospital. Multiple fractures, internal bleeding." Tony explains. Rose listens to what Tony says and gets a curious look on her face.

"They're prepping him for brain surgery right now." Tony continues.

"How ironic. LaCombe managed to survive a vicious attack, while you have the bad luck to die from what appears to be a single blow." Ducky comments to the victim.

"What about Corporal LaCombe?" Gibbs asks as Rose walks over with Tim.

"Oh, Ethan. Funny as all hell. Throws a baseball that'll sting your hand for a week. But other than that, Ethan's a mystery." The guy with the victims states.

"Hometown?" Gibbs asks.

"Never wanted to talk about it. Wears a class ring on his right hand. His eyes would glaze over, and he'd just start twisting that thing. Sand would get under it, rub his finger raw. He never took that thing off. I didn't press him, you know?" The guy asks, "But he's hiding something back there."
