[Stillwater General Store]
Ziva, Tim and Rose went to the General Store with Jackson. Tim was getting set up as the General Store was going to be their base of operations while they were in town. Jackson offered it to them.
"You have a pretty good set up here, Mr. Gibbs." Tim explains.
"Jack." Jackson clarifies.
"Right..." Tim responds and Rose looks at him and raises her eyebrows a few times. Rose gets up.
"Grandpa, can I have some of my favorite snacks?" Rose pleads.
"Of course, hun. As long as you pay for it." Jackson states and winks at her with a grin.
"Hmm, how about I agree to come back for Christmas this year?" Rose suggests. Jackson thinks about it.
"Deal." Jackson replies and Rose heads over and grabs her favorite snacks and brings it to the table and sits down next to Tim. Tim grabbed a small piece and Rose giggles.
"You need to be caught up with the technology or this small town will fall into the dark ages." Jackson says, "Rosie dear, is this your boyfriend you've been talking about in your letters?" Rose's cheeks flush a bright red.
"Grandpa, can we talk about something else?" Rose pleads.
"You told your grandpa about us?" Tim whispers and Rose shrugs.
"Boyfriend?" Ziva asks and Rose squeaks.
"Talk about something else!" Rose says with a blush.
"Is this Nepal?" Ziva asks.
"You not want your father to know or something?" Jackson asks.
"No, more like Ziva and our other coworker will tease me and Tim." Rose responds.
"Your secret is safe with me, Rose." Ziva says.
"To answer your question, yes. It was my 60th birthday, and I climbed 13,000 feet. I thought I'd give myself a victory cigar, forgetting how thin the air was, and I passed out. Next thing I know, a sherpa was giving me mouth-to-mouth." Jackson explains, "I always make it a point to return home after every adventure, unlike some people I know."
"Hey, I returned after my adventure when I was sixteen." Rose says.
"You went on an adventure when you were sixteen?" Ziva asks.
"I went to see Dad." Rose admits, "But... he was busy with work that I... didn't get to see him. Sat on our front porch for six hours before I came home."
"You didn't see Gibbs?" Ziva asks.
"Nope." Rose replies.
"What's the story on that picture there? It looks interesting." Tim asks.
"It;s the grand opening of the store. Me and LJ opened it after too many close calls in the mine." Jackson explains.
"LJ?" Tim asks.
"Uncle LJ - Leroy Jethro." Rose explains. They look over when the door opens and Gibbs walks in. Gibbs looks at them confused.
"Is that the gun you learned to shoot with?" Ziva asks.
"No one was ever allowed to touch that Winchester." Gibbs explains.
"Yeah, let that be a lesson in parenting. Tell a kid he can't have a rifle and he grows up to be a sniper." Jackson explains, "Can I get you something to eat, Leroy?"
"Can't. Case." Gibbs states.
"Well, least I can help you with that." Jackson explains, "I had a few beers with Ethan LaCombe."
