It all started with a superhero, one who vowed to help save the world and use her powers for good....But how can one keep a promise if they don't remember making it?
What happens when the lines to right and wrong blur? When promises have to be broke...

"Well that doesn't look good." Niko says, looking at the run down building in front of us.
Not a month ago, this building was standing tall with high tech security keeping it tightly locked. We did still manage to get inside, though, which is probably why everyone moved out.
The on earth space station was once a place the government took great pride in. Now, it's nothing more than a building.
Or, hopefully, a building with a portal in.
The government didn't know what it was or how to use it. I hope and suspect it will still be here.
We try some doors and manage to find one with a broken lock.
We walk inside the quiet building and I look around.
We find the portal pretty quickly, it's in the same place it was before.
To be honest, the machine does look pretty heavy. It looks unmovable. I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of magic keeps it in place.
"So, do you know what we do now?" Niko asks me.
"No I thought you would." I state.
"Why would I know how to access an alien portal?"
"Because I fell onto it last time, you were the one that physically pressed the buttons to get through."
"Ok...that's irrelevant." He says because he knows I'm right. He looks over at the machine. "I'm not sure exactly what I did but I maybe pressed this." He says before clicking a button. "Hold on a minute." He says before continuing. "I got annoyed and just clicked all the buttons at once, I think that might have been how I got to Lavenem."
"By all means, go for it." I say, holding his arm. You have to be directly or indirectly touching the machine to be telleported.
Niko presses all the buttons at once and a few seconds later, we're whisked away in a flash of light.
Less than 30 seconds later, I feel rooted once again. I also feel dizzy and my mind feels a little scrambled but I can tell we're in Lavenem.
I blink quickly to try and clear my mind, as does Niko.
My eyes scan our surroundings to see the familiar gardens of my childhood.
We're definitely in Lavenem.
"I guess clicking all the buttons works." I state.
"And Lavenem still is in one piece as far as we can tell." He says. "I still don't know how you get out of this maze of a garden."
"Follow me." I say, taking his hand and dragging him along with me.
I know these gardens like the back of my hand.
I can't count the number of times I ran through the gardens as a child. Whether it was to get away from my parents after a silly argument or to simply have fun and feel carefree. I loved the beauty of it. I especially love the fountain of water; that's where I discovered my powers for the first time.
