You walked into the cozy living room, where Heeseung was lounging on the couch, lazily scrolling through his phone. His messy hair and the oversized hoodie he wore made him look irresistibly cute, and you couldn't help but smile at the sight. You settled down beside him, your phone in hand, an idea brewing in your mischievous mind.
"Hee," you called softly, catching his attention for a brief second before he returned to his phone.
"Hmm?" he hummed absentmindedly, not bothering to look up.
You pulled up a picture of an undeniably gorgeous girl—model-like features and all—and tilted your phone toward him. "What do you think of her? She's pretty, right?"
Without even glancing at the photo, Heeseung responded flatly, "No."
You blinked, surprised. "You didn't even look!" you protested, half amused and half curious about his disinterest.
He finally looked up, his eyes meeting yours with that signature smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "Is it you?"
"What? No!" you replied, slightly flustered.
His gaze softened as he leaned a little closer, his voice dropping to a warm murmur. "Then I don't care. I only ever want to look at you, no one else."
Before you could say anything to that—your heart already racing from his words—he reached out, his hands finding your waist effortlessly. In one swift motion, he pulled you closer, making you yelp in surprise.
He rested his head on your shoulder, his breath warm against your skin as he chuckled. "You're too cute when you get jealous, you know that?"
"I wasn't jealous!" you argued, though your cheeks betrayed you with their growing warmth.
He tilted his head slightly to look up at you, his big doe eyes filled with affection. "Sure, you weren't," he teased, his voice laced with that playful tone you loved so much.
As your heart fluttered in your chest, you realized you couldn't win with Heeseung—not when he looked at you like that, and especially not when he held you so close, as if you were his entire world.
