Marjorie's POV

I'm sitting in the kitchen looking at the breakfast that Reece had made for me I really couldn't stomach it, I sat there sipping my coffee I look up to see Siobhan, walking into the kitchen she gets herself a cup of coffee and sits down "you not eating?" she asks

"I'm not hungry" I replied

"Marji, you need to eat you have a big day ahead of you, and you will be coming home to two hungry babies." she adds

I reluctantly start eating, I finish by the time Reece comes back from the twins to Nursery "Char sends her love, and the twins went in fine to nursery, you've eaten?"

I nodded. "It took some convincing, but she ate" added Siobhan

Reece goes upstairs to our room, I had left out the suit I love the most, his navy blue 3-piece suit. After about 20 minutes he came back downstairs, looking handsome.

We get ready to leave, Carly, Eric and Stevie are coming with us, we head out to the driveway, I get in the passenger side, Carly and Eric get in the back Stevie is travelling with Siobhan. We arrive and Reece parks the car as we get out, I see Vicky and Laura waiting for us

We get to the courthouse and as we walk in, I see Autumn talking to the prosecuting barrister, she walks over to me.

"Marjorie, you have to go and wait over in the witness room, until you are called"

"Can Siobhan sit with me until I'm called?"

"Yes, that's fine" she replied

I turned to Reece, "You need to be in the court room for Stevie, it's going to be difficult for her, she will need her dad"

He gives me a hug and kisses the top of my head "You can do this; I will look after our girls"

I hug into his chest "I love you Reece"

"I love you too" he replies

Siobhan and I walk through to the room, and we sit next to each other, and we wait, after about 20 minutes I hear my name getting called I stand up and I look at Siobhan.

"Marji you can do this, you are doing for not only your girls, but also so you are finally free of him and what he did to you. I know it's still causing you pain, once this is over you can finally move on, I love you, you are my best friend"

"I love you to, Shibs" I replied

I walked over to were the clerk of the court was standing, and I walked through into the courtroom. I could see Reece; he was sitting in between Carly and Stevie; Eric had his arm around Carly. Autumn was sitting at the desk with the prosecuting barrister. She nodded at me as I walked past, I stood in the witness box. The clerk asks me to raise my right hand and place my left on the bible and repeat the oat "I promise before Almighty God that the evidence which I shall give shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"

I sat down ready to give evidence, the prosecuting barrister stood up, I looked across to the defense table sitting there was my stepfather, my mother sat behind him.

P.B- Good Morning, can you confirm your full name and date of birth?

M.K - Mrs. Marjorie Knight my date of birth is 15th January 1988

P.B - Can I call you Marjorie?

M.K- yes

P.B- can you confirm your relationship with the defendant?
