Chapter Fifty-Two

Marjorie's POV

I wake up early Saturday morning, everyone is here, my dad, Stevie, Siobhan, Viv, Jamie my closest family and friends are here for my wedding to Reece, yes, we got married 8 months ago, but that was because we wanted to be married before I had the twins and before my step fathers trial.

For the first time in years, I feel completely at peace, I have my dad and my daughter back in my life, I have the best husband ever, Siobhan is my sister, and she is happy with Viv. I get up out of bed Reece is already up and downstairs cooking breakfast, I can hear people talking I walk into the kitchen and Reece looks up "Hello gorgeous" he says

I walk over to him wrap my arms around him he bends down and kisses me, "Good morning to you" I replied

"Please not in front of the kids" Mia scoffed

"Er you can't keep your hands off your wife at times no matter who is around" I bit back

"Yeah, but we look good" Replied Mia

"Yeah, you tell yourself that, you two have put me off my coffee on more than one occasion" I replied

"You and Reece put me off my food" she said smiling

"We aren't putting you off now...... you haven't stopped eating the whole time" I replied

Everyone was laughing, as we carried on back and forth, once we had finished eating Viv and Mia whisked Reece over to the pool house with Eric and I sat in between my dad and Siobhan.

"It's hard to believe you two hated each other this time last year," said Siobhan

I smiled "I know, but I had fallen out with Charlotte and there was so much going on" I replied

My dad looked at me "You and Mia hated each other?" he asked

"Yeah, we still have our moments, she loves Char, and they have built a wonderful life together, my god daughters are happy, and they love Mia, and that's all that matters" I replied

We sat in a comfortable silence until it was time to get ready, I went up to my bedroom with Stevie, Charlotte, Siobhan, Vicky and Carly. They helped me with my hair and makeup then I went and put my wedding dress on, as I walked out of my dressing room, everyone turned and gasped.

"You look beautiful starshine" my dad said

"Thank you" I replied

Everyone was ready and I could hear the music being played Stevie Charlotte, Vicky and Carly went outside first, and they walked down the aisle I stood there waiting for the song to change "Have you ever really loved a woman" by Bryan Adams started and I linked my dad's arm, Siobhan went to walk first

"Wait" I said to her

"What's wrong?" she asked

"Nothing... I want you to walk with me and dad, not in front of us, I want my dad and my sister on each side of me." I replied

She linked my arm and kissed me on the side of my head, and the three of us walked down the aisle, I saw Reece in his suit he looked handsome, Stevie and Carly had hold of the twins.

The tears were already falling down my face as I got to Reece, Siobhan and my dad each kissed me then stood to the side, Siobhan immediately wrapping her arm around Viv.

Winter started to speak, then asked us to say our vows, Reece went first.

"Marjorie where do I start? I have loved you from the first day I heard Autumn talking about you, and how you loved and cared for your staff and the kids at the nursery. Even in your villain era. You have so much love in your heart, you have a beautiful soul, yes, I did mess things up at the start, hopefully I have redeemed myself. When I thought I'd lost you it was the worst night of my life, but despite what happened you are here and so are our beautiful children Kate and Jack, along with Stevie and Carly. Now with my father-in-law Jack and my sisters'-in-law Siobhan and Viv, and of course my new bestie Jamie, I feel our life is complete.

I love you, Marjorie Knight."

"Reece, you are my world, the love of my life, never did I think I would ever meet someone and settle down, after what happened to me, I always thought I was never worthy of anyone, until I met you. I have always had endless amounts of love for everyone else except for myself....... That was until I met and fell in love with you. You have taught me to love myself and helped me with my insecurities. We have a beautiful family, Kate, Jack, Carly and Stevie. As you said now with My dad, Siobhan, Viv and Jamie. We have a wonderful future ahead of us, watching our twins grow, and watching Carly and Stevie with their lives.

I love you too Reece Knight.

Before Winter could say anything, else Reece pulled me in for a passionate kiss, then whispered "I love you, and I can't wait to help you out of this dress later"

I smiled back at him "Until tonight my love"

We celebrated with our family and friends; I danced with Reece to our song "Breathe" by Faith Hill, then I danced to "Songbird" by Fleetwood Mac, we were joined by Siobhan

Then once that song finished, I went to sit down, Siobhan pulled me back, don't you go anywhere, Vicky and Laura walked onto the dance floor.

"What's going on?" I asked

"I think we need to show Reece and Viv what we used to dance to on our nights out at university she nodded at the Dj

"Single ladies" by Beyonce started all four of us still know the moves, then we danced to "Proud Mary" By Tina Turner, then the third song we always danced to was "I wanna sex you up" by color me badd. Everyone clapped at the end of the songs, and I finally sat back down Reece immediately wrapped his arms around me.

"I didn't know you could dance like that" he said

"That was in our university days when we went clubbing, we would always ask for those songs" I replied

The celebrations continued into the night, everyone was staying over again, Carly and Eric were taking the twins into the pool house with them so Reece and I could have our wedding night together. As we got upstairs and went into our bedroom, I pulled Reece in for a kiss.

"Reece babe, I know the twins are almost 9 months old.... I want to try for another baby, I think it would complete our family" I said

He smiled at me "I would love that; another baby would definitely complete our family"

He helped me out of my dress as he said he would do, and we started trying that night.

I have come to the end of Wreckage, I have struggled to come up with the last few chapters. I will write one more chapter it will jump 5 years ahead.
