* Kitty and Jean talk as the other teams walk in and Kitty turns nervous*// Logan- go get something to eat and meet me in the meeting room in half an hour*// Scott- c'mon Jean * they hug and walk away*// Erik- it's good to see you * Kitty smiles at him as he walks past and the door closes, Kitty and Logan are alone in the room as he sighs*// Kitty- what're we gonna do// Logan- start by making a plan. we're gonna get on the island// Kitty- they might use the mutant shield like they did in the airport// Logan- I know, I was thinking we do this old school with guns set to stun, I want to avoid a bloodbath// Kitty- it's always gonna come to a bloodbath// Logan- I know// Kitty- maybe go on the island with supressor bracelets to stop them tracking us// Logan- good thinking, how many people// Kitty- the guy said around 2000, Stryker was bragging about Warren,  I think he's gonna be first. Logan Stryker said they were gonna force him to have the cure and amputate his wings *Logan's eyes widen as he looks to Kitty*// Logan- let's figure out a plan, because I'm struggling here * he sits down on the chair staring off into space as Kitty walks to him and wraps her arms around him, he leans into her chest as Kitty strokes his hair*// Kitty- we start by setting up coms and weapons, we come up with solutions to any issues we may run into. we take the blackbird and we go in without our mutations * he pulls away and she looks down at him as he nods*// Logan- we can go in with stealth on the blackbird but how man people are there// Kitty- the guy said around 50// Logan- so we need 2 jets// Kitty- yeah// Logan- 2 teams, 2 pilots at the jets and we need to get in and get out. our main concern is our team and the hostages//Kitty- I know someone who can check out this cure// Logan- who?// Kitty- Harrison Wells, we just need to get our hands on a few samples// Logan- it's just an experimental trial is it not?// Kitty- public that guy said * the team all enter one by one as they sit in a meeting room all giving their opinions and ideas as everyone is agitated and stressed*// Scott- alright lets suit up, get our gear and get going// Logan- you heard the man * everyone gets up and gets ready*// Erik- seems like de javu * Kitty gives a small smile* // Kitty- I know...another island// Erik- another war * she looks at him with no reply and they just look at one another*//Erik- c'mon * he walks to the hanger and Kitty follows as everyone gathers*// Logan- alright listen up, we all know our teams, we have to stick to our objectives of getting people out, if you can bag a sample of this cure but do what you can manage * Kitty, Logan, Rogue, and piotr all follow to the blackbird with Forge as the pilot*// Logan- *coms*put on the bracelets,  are you all ready?// * everyone agrees as Kitty sits down and Logan sits beside her*// Kitty- are you okay?// Logan- yeah.... are you?// Kitty- yeah// Logan- wish you were back under different circumstances// kitty- really?// Logan- things ain't the same without you// Kitty- if I wasn't needed I wouldn't be back here yet// Logan- is everything alright?// Kitty- as it can be// Logan- are you doing any better?// Kitty- I think so, yeah// Logan- really?// Kitty- I don't know, I'm just// Logan- needed?// Kitty- exactly * he gives a small smile and then he sighs*// Logan- keeps us going// Kitty- yeah// Logan- can you come back?// Kitty- I'm scared// Logan- scared of what?// Kitty- falling apart, letting everyone down. I know you don't want to hear it// Logan- I could've killed you// Kitty- let's not go into this// Logan- I know you care about him// Kitty- I care about you!// Logan- you can care about 2 people// Kitty- I love you * Logan grabs her hand and they smile*// Logan- Pryde * he looks sad as he looks at her* // Kitty- I do, but we have all the time in the world to talk about this// Logan- yeah, we do * the flight is long and does not have much conversation*// Forge- we're halfway there// Piotr- 6 hours, and they could not have been a little closer// Rogue- you know I was thinking the same thing, we all wanna go see the beach but this is a joke// Piotr- we can go to the beach as a celebration// Rogue- now that is a good idea// Piotr- something to look forward too *Kitty looks  at Logan who smiles and she smiles too*// * its dark as they get close and forge lands the plane and Jean lands the 2nd jet beside her and both teams get out, Logan is talking to everyone and then everyone advances towards a large building that is surrounded by armed MRD soldiers and sentinels*// Logan- we're not gonna be able to use our weapons on every single soldier, change of plans. we're using our powers. Erik, take all the guns and weapons out and away to limit casualties. soon as we get into that building there may be no way to use our powers, I'll take my team and we will get the hostages out *Logan sniffs and looks aside growling*// Scott- what is it?// Logan- sabertooth, I think they have more bounty hunters here// Storm- that can not be, our own kind?// Logan- stay on the look out and keep in contact when we can, good luck and please stay safe  out there * the team ditch the bracelets and Logan runs off and the team follow*// Logan- Kit make a path * she hits the soldiers out of the way forming a clear path as team 1 makes a run to large metal doors*// Logan- Piotr, get that door down * Piotr rips the doors off the hinges and throws it towards MRD soldiers*// Logan- you stay here, ELF! swap to me// Erik- what're you doing// Logan- Piotr is better out here than in there without his powers, move out! * Kitty, Logan, Kurt and Rogue sprint in through the doors*// Logan- Rogue with me, pryde Elf you take the left * Kitty and kurt turn left downs a hallway as Kurt turns back human and Kitty looks back at him and does a double take*// Kurt- keep going! * Kitty and Kurt shoot 4 soldiers with tranqs and come to a door and Kitty grabs a keycard and puts it at the door as it opens and shots are fired at them, they take out 10 more soldiers and proceed to open all the rooms finding them all empty or abandoned, Kitty is taking out the gunmen as Kurt is opening a few doors, they walk through some doubles doors to be met with shots and Kitty tackles Kurt back through the doors and waits for the soldiers to advance but there is silence, Kitty pokes her head out of the door and is shot at, she jumps back and waits before shooting back, 8 more soldiers are taken out*// kurt- up or down?// Kitty- I prefer to work top to bottom but I think that's the basement * Kitty leads down the stairs to another level and walks through double doors and stops at a door and uses the pass but it does not open so she shoots out the cameras**// Kurt- want me to run back and get a few passes// Kitty- yeah please, sure you got this?// Kurt- yeah.. I think// Kitty- stay  here, I'll go * Kitty looks at his face, relief washes over him as Kitty sprints up and loads her gun making her way up to the ground level and taking out 4 more solider before collecting all the keycards of the soldiers laying knocked out on the floor, she rushes back down the stairs as shots fly past her and she jumps ducking and turns back shooting, she hides in the corner as shots are fired at her and she hits the 2 men before sprinting back to Kurt*// Kurt- I heard shots// Kitty- gonna be a lot of shots * she uses the first few keycards but nothing*// Kurt- shoot it// Kitty- it will auto lock, I can't// * she attempts all the pasess but none works and she huffs*// Kitty-*com* I'm at the basement of the leftwing and I can not find a pass to open up this door?// Rogue- you're gonna need a manager or what the hell is it general? bossman? I dunno// Kitty- think you're right, have you guys come across one yet?// Rogue- no not yet// Logan-work from the top down and collect passes, my bet is that's where they're keeping the hostages// Kitty- the door is huge, like a safe// Rogue- any windows?// Kitty- none// Logan-proceed working your way up to the top floor and sweep the building back down, try looking for a doctor or general// Kitty- I know, on it * she looks at Kurt* let's go * she they run through the doors and up the stairs to the ground floor, checking before advancing up to the next floor but shots are fired by their heads and Kitty takes out the 4 soldiers as kurt looks at her in shock*// Kurt- you are scarily good with that gun * she scoffs cocking an eyebrow as she stands by the double doors and proceeds to go through them pointing her gun, they enter a hallway, 4 men shoot at them as they shoot their tranqs*// Kitty- there soldier may have passes for this floor, just check out the rooms * Kitty walks to the soldiers and take 4 passes and hands them to Kurt as they sweeps the floor, Kurt collecting passes and Kitty taking out MRD soldiers. they find interigtion rooms and chairs with cuffs, Kurt looks at Kitty in shock*// Kurt- is that... blood * Kitty looks at the floor to see blood spots as she inhales the exhales, then leaves the room. the whole floor is rooms for interigration. 12 rooms, each with one chair with cuffs, a table and a chair behind the table, Kitty shoots out every camera she comes across and there are a lot*// Kurt- they all have blood// Kitty- next floor kurt * KItty leads the way back through the double doors and up the stairs, guns shots are heard as Kitty and Kurt are stuck on the stairs in an intense battle with around 20 soldiers that goes on for over 5 minutes, she goes in her belt to grab 2 smoke bombs and throws them towards the men*// Kurt- I'll cover you * Kitty advances up the steps taking out the soldiers until the last one slumps and falls down the stairs*// Kurt- KITTY?.... KIT?// Kitty- clear, stop fucking yelling// Kurt- you had me nervous// Kitty- come on * he rushes up the stairs beside her and they enter the 2nd floor to be shot at by around 50 soldiers all lined up in rows of 5, so Kitty and Kurt stay behind the door  as Kitty throws in 5 smoke bombs and waits, one after another they rush out of the room as Kitty and Kurt shoot them one by one, there is silence after " minutes*// Kurt-*whisper* what now?// Kitty-*whisper* we wait...// Piotr-*com* should i take out the generator// Logan- NO! it will all lock and we will have no chance to get in// Piotr- won't it drops the mutant shield?// Logan- chances are that is run off a different source, we can't risk it// Storm- Logan, juggernaut is here and so is sabertooth// Logan- who else??// Storm- I don't know// Logan- take them out, Rogue and I are in the hospital wing we have a couple dead and a couple not able to make it very far, Kurt I'm gonna need you to help me carry a few of these people out and teleport them to the jets// Kurt- Kitty will be alone// Rogue- no she won't I'll be there// Kurt- what's your location// Logan- 2nd floor rightwing// Rogue- where are you?// Kitty- a standoff in the staircase of the 2nd leftwing floor// Rogue on the way// Kurt- me to// Kitty- hey, you got this * he looks at Kitty and takes a deep breath before clutching his gun tight and nodding and runs off, Kitty waits 2 more minutes as a soldier sneaks out and she takes him out and stands beside the door, her gun ready, another minute goes by and there is silence but she waits until she hears feet approaching and she turns loading her gun to see Rogue sneak in*\\ Rogue- what's the sitch? * she hides behind Kitty crouched down*\\ Kitty- waiting out more MRD's to come out// Rogue- then let's go in *she gets up and advances as Kitth grabs her shoulder and pulls her back*// Kitty-No!! You need to wait!!!// Rogue- how many more people can be in there// Kitty- we wait!// *rogue pulls her shoulder away and walks to  the doors kicking them opens and fires off a round shots * Kitty follows as she enters and looks around to see what looks like a medical rooms with some side rooms*// Rogue- you take the left * Rogue walks to the first for kicking it down as Kitty huffs and walks to the left and checks inside. It's a medical room/ Bay with a bed, a computer and a trolley of badages, needles, swabs etc and she looks around at the x-rays on the wall of broken bones and she sighs but leaves, she checked another room and finds 2 soldiers so she shoots them and they pass out*// Kitty- got to love these stun tranqs * she looks at the room in the same shape, blood on the trays of equipment and files on the side, she opens one to read about a woman who hurt herself and she leaves annoyed. Shoes are fired at her as she takes out an led soldier before scouting the next 2 rooms and turning a corner to see a group  shoot at her, she ducks behind the wall and fires back at them before rogue glances at her but keeps checking the rooms. After taking out 6 men there is silence and she sneaks up to take out a 7th then an 8th and there are more rooms, she beckons over Rogue and enters a room, in one of the rooms there is a dead body covered and Kitty checks the pulse. A man mid 40s at least and she looks down before gripping her gun annoyed and kicks down the next door to find a woman with cuts down her wrists tied to the bed frantic*// Kitty- omg, I'm here to help!! I'm shadowcat I'm here to help * she pulls off the straps the the tape on the woman's mouth and she grabs onto Kitty wailing as Kitty does her best to console her*\\ Kitty- I got a hostage alive. My name is Kitty can you tell me your name * she looks at Kitty tears in her eyes, her greasy messy hair clinging to her tear soaked face. She was pale and thin and in a terrible state.*\\ Kitty- do you know if anyone else is here * she shakes her head as Rogue runs up and the lady wails*\\ Kitty- easy shhh it's okay * Kitty rubs her shoulder* get those rooms clear// Rogue- okay * she leaves*\\ Kitty- do you want me to clean up these cute// Won- NO!!// Kitty- that's okay, I'm only here to help to make sure you are safe. The x- men are here scaling the place and there is a lot of fighting outside. We're making our way through the floors so we don't leave anyone behind. Do you know if anyone is here// woman- basement!!// Kitty- how many?// woman- too many// Kitty- was Pr Xavier amount them// woman- I DON'T KNOW!!!// Kitty- that's okay'a okay, look you can stay and help or I can arrange for you to be taken to our jets// Woman- I WANT OUT!!!// Kitty- Okay*coms* I have a woman here in need to medical, gonna need her evacuated// Kurt-*com* come to the front and I'll do it// Kitty- let's go* she grabs her hand and they jog out of the floor slowly as Kitty checks the corners and they make their way through the building to the aftermath of the entrance where there is totally carnage, Kurt teleports to them and grabs the woman and pops away as a sentinels is thrown into the entrance as Kitty ducks and Erik flys up*// Erik- my bad * Kitty chuckles as she sees a fleet of  sentinels and she drags them to the floor before running off back into the building and sees Rogue on the floor clearing rooms*\\ Rogue- all clear, I have the passes let's move * they both run out taking out soldiers*\\ Rogue- what if the sentinels come for us // Kitty- we aren't giving off a signal we can't use our powers, they'll go for the others// Rofue- good point! * they clear another med floor and find a heavily pregnant mutant yelling in pain*// Rogue- please tell me you're kidding// Kitty- are you in labor?// Woman- Yes* she cry's in pain*\\ Kitty- how long have you been having pains?// woman- since this morning// Kitty- how far apart are the contractions// woman- owww I dont't know// Kitty- okay honey, what's your name?// Jenny- jenny owww * Kitty looks at Rogue who is in shock* // Kitty- Jenny, can you walk at all?// Jenny- No * she bursts into tears* I don't want my baby here, please I don't want too // Rogue- the hell were they keeping such a heavily pregnant woman here without proper labor team*// Kitty- one of us is gonna have to stay with her// Rogue- you've delivered a baby before// Kitty- yeah after watching tv shows, I'm not a midwife// Rogue- one more baby than I have!// Kitty- look this is gonna slow so just stay with her and keep her safe while I sweep the floors// Rogue- why me?// Kitty- because// Rogue- because what?// Kitty- because you're calmer in situations like this *com* we got a mutant mother in active labor // Logan- one of you stay with her until we can get her out// Kitty- active labor, we can move her unless we carry her or there is a wheelchair// Logan- then find a wheelchair and move  // Rogue- you owe me big time, go before I change my mind! * Kitty clears the floor before heading to the next level*//Loagan- *com* we have a few hostages here we're gonna start by getting them out one by one, we'll come meet you girls soon, have you friend that basement? // Kitty- *coms* no not yet, clearing the top floor as we speak, if you find a wheelchair please let me know// Logan-be as quick as we can// Rogue- Kitty you need to get back here right now she's screming in pain I need you!// Kitty- I'll be there in 5 * she clears the last rooms as she enters one she's hit in the back of the head and drops to the floor and turns as a gun is in her face and an MRD soldier is staring at her*// Soldier- hands up * she raises her hands as the soldier grabs her gun and she throws him over her head and loads her gun and shoots him in the neck with a stun tranq*\\ Kitty- asshole * she rubs the back of her head feeling some blood behind her ear as she wipes it away and clears the floor before running towards the floor with the laboring mother and soldiers are outside the doors as she takes them out, she runs to them as the woman is screaming*// Kitty- no wheelchair// Rogue- an ass!!!!// Kitty- what? // Rogue- there is an ass coming out do her *rogue points to the woman who's legs are open and a blanket on her and Kitty looks under the blanket and gasps*\\ Kitty- fuck fuck omg that's a breach baby ain't it// Rofue- it's an ass the baby is ass first * the mother is  screaming in pain*// Kitty get behind her and get her sitting, support her *// Kitty- Jenny I'm gonna need you to slide to the edge of the bed, she is wailing hysterical as Kitty is helping her slide forward*// Jenny- do you know what you're doing!?!?!? * she screams* // Kitty- yeah I've saw it on a show based in the 1950s * the woman scenes louder as Kitty gathers blade and tools from  trolley and rogue hands her fresh towels and Kitty rushes to wash her hands before putting on gloves *\\ Kitty- I'm gonna need you to listen to me careful and I'm gonna need you to save that yelling and focus it all on pushing, I'm gonna need you to push when you feel the urge. Come on * Kitty catches the baby's body and wraps it in a blanket*//  rogue- is it out//  Kitty- the body is just dangling, I know you're supposed to let gravity do its thing just gentle pushes and breathing now and baby should slide out* Kitty is barley holding the baby's limp body as it hangs, Jenny is scrmeaming as Kitty catches the newborns body*\\ Kitty- she's here * she wraps it up in a blanket clearing the airways and rubbing baby's back smiling but there is silence. kitty places the baby on some towels and clamps the cord before tieing it with some thread and cutting it, still there is nothing*\\ Jenny- she's not crying!!!! // Kitty- come on little one * Kitty lifts her rubbing her back* your mommy is wishing to meet you come on * Logan is watching from the dloor and everyone holds their breath for what seems like an eternity and Kitty has tears in her eyes as there is a little cry and eveyone lets out a breath and laughs as Jenny breaks down in tears and Kitty hands the baby to Jenny tears down everyone's faces as Kitty looks at Logan who is smiling then at Jenny talking to her baby and Rogue is wiping her tears*// Jenny- thank you for saving my baby *Kitty wipes her tears into her arm as Jenny whimpers*// Kitty- afterbirth * she grabs a pan and stands by the bottom of Jenny waiting*\\ Rogue- pull it!// Kitty- no you need to wait for it to come naturally *there is gun shots and everyone looks aside in shock as Logan leaves the room and Rogue follows*\\ Jenny- my baby * Kitty looks up*\\ Kitty-I swear nothing will happen to you or your baby, I swear that on my life. When you feel the urge to push just push, it won't hurt much but we do need to make sure it's all intact *  there is 10 minutes of silence as Kitty delivers the afterbirth and looks at it*\\ Kitty- you've done such a wonderful job given how hard you've had it. I will give my life for the both of you! so please can I have her and please can you stay behind me and please stay safe * Jenny hands the baby over to Kitty tears in her eyes as Kitty tucks up the baby in her vest and Rogue hands over her vest to the mother and helps her fasten it, Kitty looks aside at Logan and Victor rolling around and the blood pouring from them*// Rogue- without their powers they're human// Kitty- which is why we need to hurry up * Kitty is securing the baby* you lead * the mother stands behind Kitty clinging to her as she holds the baby and Rogue goes up front leading the way, she takes out 2 agents and they slowly make their way to the entrance*// Kitty-*com* Kurt we are coming up to the entrance with the newborn and the mother// Kurt-*com* get out as far as you can// kitty-*com* team be prepared to give cover to us in 90 seconds * Kitty looks at the mother slowing down as she is bleeding through her clothing and Kitty holds her arm tighter as the baby starts to cry*// Jenny- she needs me// Kitty- and as soon as we are safe you can feed her and hold her and I promise you will be safe! I promise that * Rogue is infront of a woman who is dressed all in black smirking*// Kitty- who the hell is that?// Rogue- how the hell am I supposed to know// Kitty- you got this?// Rogue- oh I got this * rogue shoots her in the chest and she collapses as Kitty smirks at her*// Kitty- nice shot, let's move * they make their way out as Jenny clings to Kitty hard enough to leave a bruise as sentinels crash land all over the place*// Rogue- go go go * Rogue is leading blasting people as Kitty tucks the newborn into her chest as they make their way to the fighting until Kitty feels her powers and hits people aside to clear a path towards Kurt as he pops in*// Rogue go with them * Kurt grabs Kitty and Jenny and teleports them to Jean with a few other people*// Jenny- what the hell// Kitty- he's a teleporter// Kurt- hi, my name is * Kitty takes off her vest to see the baby* she so small// Kitty- she's not even an hour old, here * she hands her to Jenny and motions her to a seat*// Kitty- Jean, I need you to find pads and blankets asap, get this woman something to drink and check her over * she looks at Jenny. Jean is my best friend and she is amazing in a crisis, she's gonna look after you// Jenny- you're leaving?// Kitty- I have too, I'm so sorry. you and Sofia will be safe here and I will be back soon. this is the safest option here trust me// Jenny- I wish you would stay// Kitty- I'm sorry, look after that beautiful princess and I will be back as soon as I can * she clips her vest back on as Kurt teleports them to the fight as Kitty rushes off taking out mrd agents until she loses her powers and enters the building she goes back to the room to see it full of blood but no Logan*// Kitty- *com* wolverine, iceman where are you?...// Piotr- do you need back up?// Storm- we need back up here * Kitty picks up all the passes and makes her way to the top floor but it is empty*// Bobby- back up on the roof * Kitty rushes to some stairs and shoots 4 men occupying them and they fall down the stairs, she runs up past them to a door and uses a keycard to unlock it and she walks out to see Logan, Bobby and Scott getting jumped and she takes out her gun and fires shots until her gun runs out so she takes off the gun and uses it to hit 2 MRD soldiers before joining the fight*// Scott- WHO HAS A PASS?// Kitty- I do * she takes out 3 agents and makes her way to Scott*// Scott- I'm gonna go down to that basement you're talking about// Kitty- I'll join you, we need to clear this floor and make our way to the other side// Logan- the right side is all clear, we made sure of that. the hostages and the pr hank and warren got to be there// Kitty- okay, let's move * Kitty follows Scott back to the roof as a swarm of MRS soldiers barge through the door and 2 men grab KItty as another man is punching her and Scott is tackled to the floor, Logan rushes to them as Kitty uses the men holding her and jumps to kick the man hitting her and kicks him in the side of the head before the men drag her backwards into the door slamming her back and head against it and she yells in pain struggling against the grip of the men, he lip is bleeding aswell as her eyebrow and she yells*// Kitty- GET OFF ME * she hears them laugh before she pulls with all her force and sends one man flying before punching the other and flipping him as Logan rushes to her*// Logan- nice job * more agents come through the door as Kitty takes out her gun and shooting  a few who are jumping Bobby as he yells, Kitt's back is turned as an agent runs and tackles her*// Logan- NOOO * she is tackled backwards over the railing and both the solider and Kitty fall off the roof*//
