Halloween
Killian's POV
A few weeks passed, and the day of Halloween finally arrived.
"Baby, I missed you." I whispered softly while looking at her small gravestone.
Kally Ivian Dasilvio.
I comforted Mommy because she was crying so much, even Daddy couldn't touch her because he was crying too.
"Kally, I hope you are happy in heaven. With your grandfather." Mommy said while crying harder.
"Mommy, I missed Kally so much. I wish she hadn't died, I wish it had been me instead." I was shocked by what my sister said, even Momy and Daddy looked at her in shock.
Mommy immediately shook her head at what she said.
"No, my daughter. Don't say that, I wouldn't be able to bear it if one of you, your twin, were to be lost," Mommy cry harder again. "I, I am the one to blame. If only I hadn't been such a negligent mother."
Mommy cried in Daddy's arms, and so did Kelly. While me, I quietly sobbed while caressing Kally's gravestone.
"Please, Mom. Don't blame yourself, Kally will be mad at you." I smiled at her and kissed her cheeks.
I stopped crying only because my phone rang, I immediately stood up to answer it.
"Excuse me, I'll just take this call."
"Go ahead." She smiled at me.
["Ian.."]
The sweet voice of Chivalry greeted me on the call.
"Yes? Are you okay?" I asked worriedly.
["Yes, ikaw? Halatang kaka-galing mo lang sa iyak."]
"Hmm, I just finished crying. Anyway, why did you call?"
["Gusto mong pumunta rito sa cavite? Nandito kami ngayon."] I was surprised and looked at my cellphone before answering.
"W-why? Where in Cavite?" I stammered at the simple question.
["I'll just text you the location. Bye!"] I was about to reply again, but the call ended.
She texted me the exact location where she is.
I hurried to Mom and Dad to say goodbye.
"Mom, Dad."
"Yes? Do you need something?" Even though Mommy smiled, there was still sadness in her eyes.
"I was planning to visit Chivalry in cavite, if that's alright with you."
"Sure! No problem, just make sure to get home safely."
"Thanks, Mom." I kissed Kelly on the cheek, while I just nodded at Dad.
I approached Kally's grave to say goodbye.
"Kally, baby. Kuya will be leaving for a bit, but I'll be back soon. I miss you so much." I kissed my finger and pressed it against Kally's tombstone before leaving the cemetery.
Chivalry's POV
Tangina, kinakabahan ako sa desisyon ko.
Sigurado naba talaga ako? Parang jowang-jowa ako e. Balak ko na kasi siyang sagutin this November, kaso anong exact date? Ngayong undas o bukas o bukas makalawa pa?
