Romeo Scorpius Lucci

Now, who in the world of fico, would dare to offend our diva here? He'd have a bullet blown straight through those thick headed skulls in 3 seconds flat.

This was one person you never want to speak badly of. But fools remain fools, and they just go around gambling their lives away.

Another one to have the "purchase their entire heritage" mentality when it comes to dealing with big mouths.
But he might actually do that just to use them as henchmen.

His planned on straight up blackmailing them but was stopped midway when you came into view to put those rumour spreaders into place.

"If you don't want to become a slave for life just cooperate,"
You said in a low voice, signalling to them that Romeo was listening in.

"Excuse me? What do you mean the Vice-captain of Sinostra is a greedy, stuck-up?"
You expressed loudly.
"He's quite literally the only person who handles Sinostra and you know how it is there. Isn't he just the most capable person? It would have been in shambles if anyone else tried to run it."

Immediately, they agreed and changed their opinions about Romeo.

- Hmph. Stealing away his perfect chance to get more henchmen BB? Was his thoughts, but the obvious smirk on his face tells you he was feeling otherwise.

- Looks like you know who to butter up to, him of course. Why wouldn't you? He'd get all happy from that ego boost.

- Why don't you just permanently work for Sinostra? He'll even pay you, find the top anomalous doctors to cure that curse of yours and obtain Laurel Crown.

- Calls you to run more errands for him, but really he just wanted to see you and be reminded of this incident.

Taiga Hoshibami

Believe it or not, people actually dare to talk about him behind his back, because he barely gives two shits about his surroundings. Unless one gets really unlucky to have him overhear, and figure out it is him their talking about. Then it's a bullet through the head in 1 second flat.

But the things they speak of was basically how he's a lose screw, a nutcase, "No wonder Sinostra has such a bad rep,"
A girl whispered to her friend.
"Their captain eats animals straight up, it's weird as hell. He is freaking mad-"

Your hands flew to slap her face.

"The hell is wrong with you?!"

"Ah- there was a fly i swear! Sorry!"
She just didn't understand you were doing her a favour. She wasn't a regular at the casino and today just wasn't good day to be spouting nonsense.

Directly beside her was the captain himself, eyes still fixated on the two cards in his hand, his expression unreadable.

"Hmph! Whatever! I fold, let's get out of here."
She stood up in a pompous manner, making you believe she was definitely an aristocrat of sorts.

You let out a sigh of relief before turning your attention back to the game.

"All in."
Taiga grinned sinisterly at the remaining people at the table, who only gulped in anxiety.

- He had 100% heard the conversation that was happening beside him, he was crazy, not stupid. That girl, however, was an idiot. She was so engrossed with spouting all that and flailing her hands around, Taiga saw all her cards. It would have been a risk to even raise if she was in the game.

- Lucky him, her mouth is so big. The smack was well deserved. Good job, Kitty. He was right to have you join him today.

- Genuinely cared more about what you did for him to obtain a win than whatever they said. A good gamble is never fair anyway.

- Would make you come with him to the casino whenever he sees and remembers you. "Where do you think you're going?"
He asked, eyes all half-lidded and a hand firmly gripping yours when you say you have to leave.

Ritsu Shinjo

Defamation law is considered a criminal offense, but- surely no one was allegedly spreading false facts about him, was there?

He goes around recording anything and everything about anyone he wanted to find out more of. Which was considered stalking and was a crime on its own and was what everyone had been discussing as of late.

You couldn't argue with anyone on that but hearing them speaking of him like he was some creep definitely sounded off. Maybe he can go to certain extremes at times but nothing that would be considered breaking the law. He knows them all by heart anyway.

The group of people behind you at the diner were talking about things that were beyond foul about him, and you couldn't take it anymore.

"You know... for people who keep saying he is a stalker, you guys seem to know a lot about him, huh?"
You spoke up.
"And all false accusations too. He might just use them against you if he hears this and decides to sue you."

They were all tongue tied at that, deciding to switch the subject to something more lighthearted.

- That day, he just chanced upon you at the diner. He wasn't stalking you but boy, was he surprised you helped him at all.

- He purely believed the client-lawyer thing was for business, and afterwards, you'd return to being strangers, yet you actually picked up on some things he had said and even cared enough to stand up for him.

- Yes, he did record the whole conversation but he already did that before you even started speaking. And he will keep that recording of your every word.

- Calls you out for a one to one coffee meeting. Why, you ask? He will say it's for a client-lawyer catch up, although that never existed in his books before.
