3rd person's pov

Namjoon stood firm in his spot, his feet grounded while nearly everything else had nearly been destroyed. Taehyung had erected a barrier around their small spot, keeping the destruction to a minimum which kept the townspeople safe. Most of them fled when the fighting started, Jimin made sure that people who couldn't make it out in time were safe in the building nearby. The rest of the group had stepped back, they weren't sure whether they should step in the fight or stay out of it. Taehyung figured it was best that everyone let Namjoon take care of it, though, he had his back in case anything happened. One thing that was for sure is that Namjoon wasn't backing down or giving up any time soon. Although, he was beginning to get frustrated that this mage was not giving up either. Namjoon knew that he needed to figure out a way to stop him, just enough so that one of the others could get that snowglobe from him. Without a word, Namjoon chucked a large energy ball at the mage. He simply didn't have enough time to dodge it, the blast hitting him square in the chest and sent him flying. He crashed through a building wall, bricks and debris collapsing on top of him. Namjoon took this moment to catch his breath, standing tall as he brushed himself off. "Okay.." The mage groaned, pushing debris and bricks off of him. "That was a good one." He grimaced in pain, taking a moment before getting to his feet. "Are you done or am I going to have to keep going?" Namjoon asked, sounding irritated. None of the boys blamed him, they were also feeling fed up with the mage. None of them had yet to learn his name. "You really think that you can stop me?" The mage chuckled, followed by a groan as he stumbled through the hole in the wall. Jungkook let out a soft growl while Namjoon clenched his jaw, "That's it! I'm sick of this." Jungkook used his speed to his advantage and charged at the mage, "Wait!! Jungkook, don't!" Namjoon warned but the vampire didn't listen, Jimin smacked his head with his palm and shook his head. He knew that his brother wasn't going to listen, not when they were all pretty much fed up with the mage. "Oh, come now. You really think-" The smug look on the mage's face was wiped off when a punch landed square on his jaw, his head snapped to the left and spit flew out of his mouth. Jungkook didn't give the mage a chance to recover as he threw another punch, hitting the man in the gut causing more spit to fly out of his mouth. Jungkook then roundhouse kicked the mage, sending him flying back into the building he had previously crashed into. Breathing heavily, Jungkook stood there ready for more as he knew that wouldn't keep the mage down.

"Whoa,"

"He's pissed." Jin muttered.

"Jungkook, what were you thinking?!" Jimin sang, Jungkook turned his head back to look at Jimin. He was surprised that he had voluntarily chose to speak, especially since it was only coming out as singing. "He could have fucking killed you!!"

"Hyung, I'm fine."

"Not for long," The mage hurled a ball of electricity and fire at Jungkook, Jungkook rolled his eyes and moved off to the side, dodging the ball. Namjoon easily deflected the ball, it collided with the edge of the barrier and exploded.

"If you think you're going to stop me, think again." The mage disappeared, making Taehyung and Yoongi tense up. Namjoon looked around, everyone staying quiet as they tried to get a sense of where he was going to pop up next. Without a word, he reappeared in front of Jin. The siren stared up at the mage with wide eyes, Yoongi tackling him as a blast made its way towards Jin at an incredible speed. Namjoon clenched his fist, socking the mage in the face giving him no time to react. The mage flew back from the impact, sending him into the ground as Namjoon stood over him.

"Give them back," He demanded.

The mage looked up at Namjoon, wiping the corner of his mouth and clicked his teeth as he saw blood. "You really shouldn't have done that." He tilted his head, "And what are you going to do about it?" Namjoon quirked an eyebrow, the mage growled clearly irritated that Namjoon doesn't seem bothered by the mage's antics in the least bit. The mage snapped his fingers, a large mass of rock floating up from the group behind Namjoon. "Watch out!" Taehyung shouted, Namjoon turned his head and glared at the mass. Calmly he raised his hand and without saying anything, the mass exploded into small pieces. The mage stared in shock, sweat dripping down his temple as he shifted his eyes back to Namjoon. The young man turned his head back towards the mage, a calm rage washing over his body.
