3rd person's pov
With the threat gone and the fight broken up, Taehyung let down the barrier he had put up. The majority of the group looked at Hoseok and Elizabeth in confusion, they had no clue as to why she wanted to go save those people. "Wait! We just got you two back from that asshole and you want to find him again?!" Yoongi seethed, he wasn't happy about the idea of tracking down this mage once again. Especially since he could easily cast another spell on him or possibly an even worse one, "Listen, we don't like the thought of it either. I mean, he kidnapped both of us after all. But there are people that need to be saved. He has others trapped in that snowglobe, they've been stuck in there for years! I can't just let him keep them trapped for his own fun." Elizabeth said, "I thought that once we got you back, you were gonna want to get out of here and go on our way to get your brother back. Isn't he still suffering at the hands of the warlock that took him?" Taehyung frowned, raising an eyebrow at her. "Yes, he is. And I do want to get out of here as soon as possible." Elizabeth said, "But I can't just leave Kyungsoo in there. It's not fair that we got out. Not to him. Not to any of those people. I can't just leave him in there like that. His brother already did that." Elizabeth argued, "Wait, what?" Jimin asked, "Who's Kyungsoo?" Namjoon tilted his head, "He was someone who gave us information on Han. He's why we didn't freeze to death in that snowglobe. He took us in when he didn't have to." Hoseok explained, "And you wanna go back for some guy you just met in there?" Yoongi quipped, looking confused.
"Yes." Elizabeth said without hesitation.
"Look, I'm not going to just leave him in there. Like I said, his brother already did that to him when he was injured. He chose not to come with us when we were leaving because he wanted to keep protecting the people still in there. I'm going to track down that mage and get him to release them." Jungkook could see the fire and determination brewing in her eyes, he knew that she wasn't going to give up on those people. And from the way the conversation was going, he knew that she might just go off on her own which was even worse. Jimin also got the sense that Elizabeth wasn't going to give up on this easily, he knew the kind of person she was. "Elizabeth, that makes no sense. He could easily just trap you in there again. And there's no way we're going to track him down again and have him cast all kinds of spells on us. After he kidnapped you two, he put a spell on Jimin and I. Every time we talked it came out as singing. I'm not going through that again." Yoongi argued, Elizabeth stared at him for a moment an unknown emotion in her eyes.
"Hyung, I don't think-" Namjoon started, but Yoongi shot him a glare causing the young wizard to shut his mouth.
"Fine. I won't ask you to help me. In fact, you all can go back to the hotel." She said, "Liz, wait." Jin tried to reason with her, "Don't 'Liz wait' me!" She snapped, "Elizabeth, you're being irrational. Tracking him down again is going to be nearly impossible and he is dangerous." Taehyung replied, but Elizabeth shook her head. "I don't care if it's dangerous. I'm going to track him down myself and I'll get those people released without your help." Elizabeth stated, "Liz, you can't just-" She glared at Jimin, her eyes fierce and her determination unwavering. Jimin backed down, he knew she wasn't going to back down but this worried him.
"Elizabeth," Hoseok called out, but she shook her head. "I can't believe you don't want to help get him out of there. I thought that you, out of all them, would have my back on this." Elizabeth sounded disappointed, her eyes conveying the same emotion as she felt. Without another word, she spun on her heel and stormed off despite the rest of the group protesting and calling for her to come back. Jin let out a heavy sigh, running his fingers through his blonde hair as he watched her walk away. Jimin not wanting to let her out of his sight ran after her, the group watching Jimin try to catch up with Elizabeth.
"Liz, wait!" Jimin called.
"Stubborn human," Yoongi grumbled.
"Why is she so determinated to save this Kyungsoo and those people in that snowglobe? You hardly know them." Namjoon asked, looking at Hoseok.
"Honestly... I don't know. It could have something to do with the fact that he was separated from his sibling like she was. She didn't tell me why she was so determined when we were in there." Hoseok shook his head, "Are we really going to let her track down this guy by herself?" Jungkook asked, "No, Jungkook. We're not idiots." Taehyung snapped, "Hey, you don't need to bite my head off." Jungkook frowned, "And you don't need to ask such stupid questions." Taehyung snapped back, Jungkook growled angrily taking a step forward. "Whoa, okay. Cool it you two." Jin pushed the two apart, the Fallen Angel glaring harshly at the young Vampire. The two usually got along but for some reason, Taehyung was even more in a bad mood despite them getting Elizabeth and Hoseok back.
"What's gotten into you two?" He shoved Taehyung back.
"It's not me. It's the dumbass Fallen Angel who clearly is in a bad mood. He started it when he snapped at me when it wasn't called for." Jungkook sneered. Taehyung only responded with a glare, "Fucking cool it, Angel. You're on thin ice." Yoongi snapped, "Let's go find this stubborn human girl and the fairy before something else happens." He started walking away, Hoseok didn't say anything and followed after his best friend. "Come on," Namjoon waved his hand, following after Yoongi and Hoseok. Taehyung gave Jungkook one final glare, the latter doing the same before moving to follow Namjoon.
