Love visited me yesterday,
In arms that feel so familiar
That they became a part of me.
Love visited me yesterday,
A silent hug in a crowded place,
Symphony amidst cacophony,
Safe I am, if these are the hands that guide me through.
I saw love yesterday,
In the eyes of two lovers freshly made,
Their smiles housing a well of joy,
Stories that made their love bloom.
I saw love yesterday,
In the embrace of lovers old,
Tears as they held onto each other,
The world a blur but their hearts still knew their place.
Love surrounds me
Amid tinkling laughter,
Screams of joy,
And smiles that are hard to get rid off
As tears gracefully fall,
Love stays on.
