*Olivia's POV*
It was a very stormy day today and I sat with my uncle in his lab whilst he was doing his experiments
"Olivia I h-hope you're p-paying attention" my uncle laughed "I'm going to combine these two c-chemical f-formulas"
"Can I make some hot chocolate, I'm in a really bad mood" I mumbled
"Sure, I can wait" my uncle smiled
I went upstairs to make my drink and I bumped into Virgil, I jumped because I didn't want him to hurt me
"Olivia wait, I don't want to hurt you" Virgil panicked
"Get you and your weird rape fantasies away from me!" I shouted at him
"They aren't fantasies, what the hell, I don't want to do that to you" Virgil replied
"Just get away from me, you weirdo" I snapped, I turned away from him, he took hold of my arm and he pinned me against the wall
"You're not listening to me, you know I wouldn't do anything to hurt you on purpose, I didn't ask to hear voices in my head did I" Virgil sniffed
"How long has it been happening" I wondered
"On and off for the past couple of months" Virgil told me
"Oh honey why didn't you tell me sooner" I whispered and I hugged him
"I didn't want you to think I was insane" Virgil mumbled
"Dude, you're saying that to a person who rufuses to live" I laughed
"I know, I just feel bad for not telling you" Virgil sighed
"It's ok" I reassured him
I felt bad now
"God I should have been taken into care, then I wouldn't of been so f*cked up" I moaned
"No, no, no, you didnt need to be taken in to care, if you were taken into care, I wouldn't of met you" Virgil panicked
"But my dad hurt me Virgil, he wasn't fit to be a parent" I whined
"I know he did, I want to fix everything" Virgil comforted me
"You can't fix my mind" I muttered
"If you want to talk about it, you can alright" Virgil smiled, he noticed something, he lifted my chin with his finger and he traced a scar that was on my neck
"And that is where Lucas tried to make me pass out by strangling me, just so he could use me" I explained bitterly
Virgil gently kissed that scar
"I love you" Virgil reminded me
"I love you too" I replied quietly "I should get back to my uncle"
Virgil let me go, f*ck he's too strong for me to fight him off so I wouldn't be able to get out of his death grip even if I tried
"Do you want me to bring you anything to eat or drink whilst you're down there" Virgil offered
"Sh*t I needed to make hot chocolate, sh*t, sh*t, sh*t" I kept panicking
"Whoa baby, there's no need to panic, I'll make you some, don't worry ok" Virgil reassured me
"I don't want to go back down there, ugh" I groaned
I walked back down the stairs to see my uncle waiting patiently, he was holding the two test tubes
"I'm g-glad you c-could j-join me" my uncle grinned
"Are you going to do that thing where you made the chemicals explode like you did on Gordon's 10th birthday" Virgil wondered
"Yes, it's simple chemistry, it's an easy start for Olivia as she's a bit slow" my uncle laughed
That hurt, Virgil knew that insult made me feel bad
"Brains, buddy, you are my friend and all but that really hurt her feelings" Virgil complained
"Oh well, she needs to suck it up a little" my uncle snapped
I felt so angered by his comments, this why I don't like anyone, my uncle combined the chemicals and it created a fiery blue explosion, it didn't scare me, I walked slowly up the stairs, Virgil pulled me to one side
"Do you want me to make you feel better tonight" Virgil asked
I shook my head
"I just want to talk" I whispered, a clap of thunder scared me and I screamed
"Whoa, it's ok, let's get you to bed then, princess" Virgil's voice made me feel sleepy, he picked me up and he carried me to my room
"I just want to talk alright, so stop trying to get in my pants" I grumbled
