Chapter 75: Giving Assistance at Mostro Lounge

3rd POV

Time passed, and it was now nighttime in Night Raven College. Dawn and Jack met at the Hall of Mirrors and were prepared to meet with Azul in the Octavinelle Dorm; Dawn decided to leave the guidebook inside her room for the time being as a precaution, along with Perry, who didn't want to see Floyd again. Once they stepped through the mirror, they quickly made their way to Mostro Lounge and saw that the place was packed with customers, some of whom had come from different dorms; they noticed that many students from Octavinelle were acting as staff as they took orders from customers and were serving them food and drinks along with the anemone students.

"I have to admit, this place has a mature feel to it.", said Dawn as she looked around the Lounge. She didn't have time to survey Monstro Lounge the first time she came here, but now she could take in the place's atmosphere as she listened to the smooth jazz playing.

"Now we're really deep in enemy territory. Don't let your guard down.", warned Jack as he stayed close to her. Dawn nodded, she knew that this was the last place they should not let their guard down regarding the circumstances. As they waited to see if Azul would come and greet them...

"Gah!", Dawn went, she suddenly felt a pair of hands grab her by the shoulders and pull her into a tight hug. As she looked up, her eyes went wide, and she blushed red as she saw a familiar face leaning down, giving her a wide smile. "Ah, Little Shrimpy. Welcome~ Sea Urchin came, too." Dawn felt her skin crawl at how suddenly close she was to Floyd from the way he was holding her; he was clearly enjoying this, feeling her soft skin and taking in the scent she was giving off. Jack was absolutely disgusted at how he was holding Dawn, and he immediately pulled her away from Floyd and shielded her behind his back; he had an angry expression as he glared at Floyd, but the latter didn't flinch and just smiled.

"Stay away from her! And I told you I'm not a sea urchin!", Jack shouted, baring his fangs at him.

"Oh my... What's this now? Thank you for coming so soon.", Jade said as he approached the pair with a polite smile and bowed. "Welcome to Mostro Lounge. This is your first time visiting us, correct?"

"I thought about it this afternoon, but... Do you enjoy asking questions you already know the answer to?", Jack questioned him as he kept shielding Dawn.

"Fuf, it's just to be sure.", said Jade with a chuckle. "Well then, this may be presumptuous of me, but please allow me to explain a few pointers for this establishment. Mostro Lounge is a social meeting place for gentlemen. Disputes between dormitories are strictly forbidden. Here, you shall follow the rules of Octavinelle, no matter which dorm you came from. Please follow our rules and enjoy your time in the lounge. Then... dear guests, what is your business today?" When he asked this, his eyes were directed at the girl behind Jack's back.

Knowing she was being asked this question, Dawn took a deep breath, stepped up from behind Jack and walked up to Jade. "I would like to speak with your boss regarding the anemone situation, please.", she asked.

"Fufufu... As you wish. Our boss is currently attending to another customer. Can I ask you to wait for a short while? Oh, that's right. We require you to order at least one drink. So please make sure to do that. Mr. Anemone. Please take their order.", Jade said as he spotted two certain anemones that were the closest to him. Dawn noticed that it was Ace and Deuce who were now wearing what looked like Octavinelle uniforms; they both wore lilac dress shirts, light purple bow ties, white gloves, black slacks with suspenders, and black-and-white shoes. She also noticed Deuce was desperately trying to balance multiple trays with drinks, and Ace was pushing a small silver cart with desserts on top.

"Sorry, but I've got to deliver these drinks first.", Deuce said, trying hard not to spill the drinks

"We're busy, so how about you take their order at least!", Ace snapped back. "Seeing you laze about while we work our asses off pisses me off."
