The Unseen Horizon
The departure from Hannam THE HILL was always a coordinated dance of silence.
Whether they were heading for a discreet, high-end dinner at private restaurants Jin recommended where the staff greeted them with practiced secrecy, or slipping into a private viewing at one of Namjoon's favorite galleries, their movements were now defined by surgical precision.
There were no flashing lights, no shouting fans, and no heavy gates being slammed.
Instead, it was just the soft hum of the SUV's engine as they glided past the final security checkpoint, the tinted glass creating a barrier between their private world and the city of Seoul.
But while their city outings were about curated elegance, this trip was different. This was about breathing.
"Are we there yet, Dadhie?" Carly's voice chirped from the back seat, her face pressed against the glass.
"Almost," Yoongi replied, his voice dropping an octave as he relaxed into the leather seat.
He wasn't wearing a mask.
He wasn't wearing a bucket hat pulled low over his eyes.
Here, in the quiet of the car, he was just a father watching his daughter discover a world that didn't require her to hide.
The destination was a family-owned resort tucked deep into the mountains, a place where the staff valued the privacy more than a tabloid paycheck.
It had been a joint recommendation from Jimin and Jungkook, who had vouched for its absolute seclusion.
As the car pulled into the gravel driveway, the only "paparazzi" waiting for them were the rustling pine trees and the distant sound of a running stream.

The weekend trip Yoongi planned settled into a rhythm that felt like a dream Aen had once been afraid to have.
There were no schedules to follow.
In the afternoons, they would wander through secluded trails.
Yoongi would lead the way, his hand habitually finding the small of Aen's back, his eyes scanning the path-not out of the old, paralyzing fear of being caught, but out of a fierce, protective instinct to ensure the path was clear for his girls.
"Look!" Carly shouted, pointing at a cluster of wildflowers.
Taehyung had told her to look for "colors that don't belong," and she was taking the mission seriously.
Aen watched as Yoongi crouched down beside her, his expensive watch catching the sunlight as he helped her pick a few stems.
Aen pulled out her phone, not to check work, but to snap a photo of the "colors that don't belong."
She knew Taehyung would be waiting for the update, and Hobi would likely flood the chat with heart emojis the second he saw Carly's proud smile.
It was a scene no paparazzi camera would ever capture, and that was exactly why it was precious.
True to form, the phone in her pocket buzzed almost instantly, a rhythmic vibration that signaled the "Uncle Line" had seen the post.
While Yoongi and Carly were busy examining a particularly interesting rock, Aen took a quick peek at the screen.
