The Colors of Us
Yoongi leaned against the driver's side door, clicking his key fob, but he didn't get in just yet.
Instead, he looked over the roof of the car at the four younger men who were still lingering, reluctant to let the moment end.
"We can't just go our separate ways now, hyung," Jimin protested, adjusting his bucket hat.
He stepped forward and slung an arm around Yoongi's shoulder-a bold move considering Yoongi was still vibrating with "Agent" energy, but Jimin knew he was a soft touch today.
"You two just got legally synchronized. That requires a feast."
"Jimin is right, Yoongi-hyung," Namjoon added, his voice deep and steady.
"We signed the boxes, we saw the stamp. We're officially part of the record now. That makes us the wedding party by law, doesn't it?"
Taehyung leaned in, his eyes sparkling with mischief.
"I already scouted a place. It's a private Hanwoo spot just ten minutes from here. Totally discreet, no windows to the street, and they have the best aged beef in Yongsan."
Yoongi looked at Aen, silently asking for her permission.
She felt the warmth of his hand still resting on the small of her back, a constant anchor.
"I think a celebration is exactly what we need," Aen said, her smile widening as she looked at the four men who had stood in the shadows for them.
"I'm starving, and I think I owe my witnesses a very good meal."
"Well?" Yoongi asked, his voice rough but fond.
"You heard my wife. You four stood there and watched us sign our lives away. The least I can do is feed you."
"Hanwoo!" Jungkook cheered instantly, his exhaustion from the early morning vanishing.
"My treat-well, Hyung's treat, since he's a married man now."
Aen laughed, leaning into Yoongi's side as the group began to pile into their respective cars.
The legalities were done, the seal was set, and the record was changed.
But as they pulled out of the government lot, she realized the best part of being a "Min" wasn't just the name-it was the brothers who were already racing them to the restaurant.

The restaurant was tucked away in a quiet alley, the kind of place that didn't have a sign, only a heavy wooden door.
Inside, the air was rich with the scent of charcoal and marinating meat.
As they settled into the private room, the atmosphere shifted instantly.
The tension of the government building evaporated, replaced by the chaotic, familiar energy of the group.
Jungkook was already busy with the tongs, taking his role as the "maknae" and self-appointed grill master seriously.
He placed a perfectly seared slice of beef on Aen's plate, his expression shifting from playful to unusually sincere.
"First bite goes to the guest of honor," he insisted, then paused, his grin turning shy.
"I mean... first bite for Hyeong-su."
Aen smiled, the title settling over her with a newfound sense of permanence.
