Oversized Shirts &
Overwhelming Truths
Aen slept like a log.
When she woke up, she found herself in the comfort of a bed in an unknown room.
What's worse is that the last thing she recalled was drinking tequila at Bar Imbibe-after that, she didn't remember anything at all.
'Fuck.'
She was wearing a stranger's clothes.
'Did something happen?'
A shiver suddenly ran down her spine.
'Fucking shit. This is why I really shouldn't drink that much.'
Why did she keep on betraying Yoongi?
She sighed loudly.
She needed to get out of this place, but first, she needed to find her clothes.
She scanned the room, only to find her phone on the bedside table together with a hangover-relief drink and a note that said, 'Drink this for your hangover.'
She found the note somehow cute, but the thing that caught her eye was the photo frame on the table-seven people that she knew very well.
Suddenly, her heart started to beat rapidly.
She looked down at the hem of the shirt that reached her mid-thighs.
It was soft, worn-in, and smelled faintly of expensive woodsmoke and laundry detergent.
Then she realized, it smelled like him.
No.
This couldn't be happening.
She was in Yoongi's room.
She hastily opened her phone to check the time and found that it was nearly lunchtime.
As she opened her call history, an incoming call from Yoongi startled her.
Her phone kept ringing, but she just kept staring at it.
When the ringing stopped, she released the breath she had been holding in.
She needed to get out of here.
But Yoongi called her again and again, which made her so anxious that she finally answered his fifth call.
"H-hello?"
'Why the fuck am I suddenly stuttering?'
"Hi. Are you awake now?"
"Y-yeah?"
"Good."
There was a brief pause before he continued.
"I cooked some hangover soup earlier. Heat it and eat it."
"O-okay?"
"If you're looking for your clothes they're in the dryer."
"Eehh? W-why?"
"They reek of alcohol and vomit. I had to wash them."
"W-what?! T-then... You... You... " she whispered, her face heating up so fast she felt dizzy.
She couldn't even finished the sentence.
