The Digital Vow

The meeting went more smoothly than Aen had ever dared to hope.

Yoongi had been a pillar of strength, his hand never leaving hers as he introduced her to everyone.

He looked at Bang PD-nim and the boys straight in the eye and told them clearly: they were officially together.

The congratulations from the members were instant and loud, while the CEO offered a supportive nod.

When asked about their next steps, Yoongi didn't hesitate.

He explained their plan to announce the relationship through social media simultaneously, ensuring they controlled the narrative before the rumors could.

Bang PD-nim asked a few pointed questions, which they answered with total honesty.

Despite her shaking hands, Aen chose this moment to be completely transparent.

She told them about her daughter.

She didn't want any more secrets-not from the people who were effectively Yoongi's family.

To her immense relief, the CEO and the boys didn't flinch.

They simply warned her about the intense public scrutiny she might face.

"The world can be loud, Aen-ssi. Are you prepared for the storm?" Bang PD had asked.

Yoongi had squeezed her hand then, his voice cold and determined.

"I'll protect her. No matter what." Aen had spent the rest of the meeting blushing furiously at his boldness.

The room had gone silent at his tone; it wasn't just a promise to Aen, it was a warning to the company and the world that his loyalty was now split between his music and his soulmate.

Once the meeting ended, they agreed to meet the boys for a celebratory dinner later that evening.

But first, they headed back to Yoongi's apartment.

Aen needed to pack.

Her friend's fiancé was flying back to the Philippines the next night, and she had promised to accompany her to the airport.

As she was immersed in folding her clothes, she didn't realize Yoongi was leaning against the doorframe, watching her every move.

"I'm going to miss you, Jagi."

Aen jumped, clutching her heart as she spun around.

"Y-you startled me. What are you doing there?"

"Watching you."

"Why?"

"Because I'm going to miss seeing you here in my space," he admitted, his usual cool exterior softening.

"Ohhh..." Aen felt that familiar heat rise to her cheeks.

"Y-you know... I only live a few minutes away from your apartment, Yoon."

"I know. But that doesn't change the fact that I'll still miss waking up and seeing you here."

He actually pouted-a sight very few people in the world were ever allowed to see.

"H-how did you get so attached to me so fast?" she teased gently.

"I... I only stayed here for a couple of weeks."
