Chapter Nineteen

Well today was the day. I was minutes away from getting married as I looked in the mirror one last time, as Dove finished my hair.

"You look gorgeous."

"Thanks sis."

"Come on, there is an nervous groom waiting for you on the beach."

I couldn't help but laugh.

"He's really nervous?"

"He couldn't get his tie done this morning. I had to do it."

"Well thank you Dove."

"Anything for you two."

I sighed as I picked up the bouquet of pink roses, before walking out of the room with Dove. We had decided to let Chris and Scarlett know what we were doing and they insisted on being at the wedding. Chris as the groomsman, and Scarlett as my bridesmaid, with Dove being the one who walked me to the alter since my dad wasn't there to do it. We had a few people present, but had sworn them not to tell anyone, and I had let Dove bring Harry, because I knew he was going to come as Dove's guest one way or another.

As I walked down the aisle, I couldn't help but smile. Jeremy looked amazing in his black suit, and I could see the shock on his face when he saw me. He couldn't take his eyes off of me. When I finally reached the alter, Dove gave me a hug before going to take her seat and I handed my bouquet to Scarlett. We exchanged our vows, and it was amazing.

"Do you Rowan Amanda Cullen take this man as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."

I put Jeremy's wedding band on his left ring finger with a smile.

"And do you Jeremy Lee Renner take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

He slipped my wedding band onto my left finger, and I could see his eyes were watering.

"By the power vested in me by the state of California, I pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Jeremy pulled me into a kiss, and everyone cheered. It was our first kiss as husband and wife, and it there was something magical about that.

We walked back down the aisle with a smile, and then headed to the ballroom, that we were having our reception at. There were more people there, than at the wedding so it was fitting. Everyone had taken their places as it was our turn to walk into the ballroom.

"It's my pleasure to introduce to you Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Renner."

Everyone clapped and cheered as we entered the ballroom, and the whole afternoon was amazing. Our first dance was sweet, and we danced to what was about to become our song, Love Story by Taylor Swift. It sort of summed up us at times. The whole day was amazing, and I was exhausted by the time we reached home. Dove had said goodbye after the wedding and she was going to be traveling with Harry for a few weeks so the house was just the two of us, and our dogs.

"Well Mrs. Renner, you looked lovely today."

"Thank you Mr. Renner. You didn't look too bad yourself."

We both smiled, before Jeremy pulled me into a kiss.

"Come on, let's go to bed."

He picked me up, and carried me through the house to our bedroom, and shut the door. The rest is left up to one's imagination.
