You wave goodbye to the crowd with a beaming smile. Your band's set is over and it's time to leave the stage and make way for the headline act; Bring Me The Horizon. Walking off stage with the rest of your band, you see Matt Kean standing in the wings. Since starting this tour you've become friends with all of BMTH, but if you were honest with yourself, with Matt it feels like something more, not that you'd ever tell him that.

"Hey." You say as you walk over to him, the grin on your face not faltering.

"You were great." He says, returning your smile and holding up his hand for a high five. You raise your hand too and grant his request.

"Thanks." You say, blushing a little, although it's not all that obvious since your face is red from the heat on stage anyway. "Good luck out there." You say, turning your head a little to get one last look at the crowd.

"I'm off to have a shower, are we all still going out after the show?" You ask, referring to the plans you all made earlier, to go out for drinks in celebration of the final gig of the tour.

"Actually." He says. "I thought me and you could stay on one of the buses and watch a DVD or something? I don't really feel like a night out..." You nod your head, though trying not to seem too eager. In honesty though you can't wait to spend time alone with Matt. You're convinced he'll never feel the same way you do, but every moment you get to spend with him is great nonetheless.

"Sounds great." You smile, before waving goodbye and heading off to get a shower.

A few hours later, you're fresh and dry after your shower, and you've put on some comfy clothes. You're just brushing out your hair a little when your phone buzzes with a text.

'Just finished the show, you coming over?:)'

You read the message from Matt and reply, telling him that you'll be there soon, then walk through the front of your bus where your band mates are sitting.

"The guys are back." You inform them, knowing that they were waiting for the other to finish their set before going out. They all stand up and troop off to the other bus, and after fixing your hair a little, you grab your phone and follow close behind them.

"Hi guys." You say when you step onto the Bring Me The Horizon tour bus, seeing everyone crowded round and talking.

You're greeted by a chorus of "Hey Y/N," and "Great show," or "How are you?" Matt walks over, pulling you into a tight hug.

"Alright mate, anyone'd think you'd not seen her in months!" Oli jokes.

"Sorry." Matt mumbles in your ear, but you shake your head and assure him that it's fine, secretly wishing he'd held you a little longer.

"I don't know why you two don't just get together!" Matt N calls from across the room.

"He's get a point.." Lee adds.

"And you're practically joined at the hip anyway." One of your band mates joins in.

"Leave us alone." Matt says, blushing somewhat. You feel blood rush to your cheeks too as the others laugh.

"We're just friends." You insist.

After talking for a while, and a little more teasing, the others head out, and you and Matt go over to sit in front of the TV.

"Sorry about that lot." Matt apologises.

"Don't be," You laugh softly, "It's not your fault. Anyway, what are we watching?" Matt grins, holding up your favourite film and going over to put it in the DVD player. When he returns the two of you settle down, and you lean your head on his shoulder as the film begins to play. You both sit in almost silence as you watch the movie, but it's a comfortable silence, and you're both taking in the scenes that play out on screen. After a while, when you're about halfway into the movie, you sense Matt looking at you, but don't look up, too engrossed in to movie to ask why he's doing it. He doesn't seem to look away though, and when the film reaches a quiet moment, you decide to ask.

"Why are you starring at me?" You ask, still not moving your eyes from the screen in front of you.

"What? Uh, I'm not." He stutters slightly in reply.

"Yes you are, what is it?" You ask, lifting your head from his shoulder and sitting up properly to face him.

"I was just thinking." He tells you.

"About what?" You ask, urging him to continue.

"It doesn't matter."

"Yes it does, tell me. Or do I have to beat it out of you?" You joke.

"Well I was just thinking about what the others said, about how we should go out. Maybe,er...never mind." He says, suddenly seeming to lose confidence.

You give him a warning look to make him continue.

"Well I was thinking maybe we should go out? If you wanted to that is..." He tells you nervously. You stare at him for a moment before breaking into a beaming smile, and pulling him closer to you. Your lips press against his, and you get a feeling that you've only imagined before. As you pull away you nod your head.

"Thank god for that, I thought you might say no," He laughs. "I've kinda been wanting that to happen for a while now." He confesses.

"Me too." You admit with a smile, before he pulls you closer, and your lips meet again.
