(By the way, I changed the cover and I was just wondering if it looks okay? I didn't like the other one but now I'm really unsure about this one lol)

It was finally the time. December.

Many know it as the time where Christmas comes, when Jesus was born, when you get presents, but none of that mattered to me this year. It was finally here. I was meeting the girl I had been talking to online for the past few months.

Lauren.

The rest of last month consisted of Y/BF/N continuously praising me for landing her tickets and meet and greets - even at the dance, all she could talk about was the concert! Speaking of the dance, it was pretty fun. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone liked my dress which was good, I guess.

Anyway, all I had been hearing from Y/BF/N was how excited she was to go to the concert. I have to admit, at first, it was extremely annoying. But, now that the time was here, I felt the exact same.

Let's hope it all went to plan.

"Calm down, Y/BF/N-"

"Do not tell me to calm down when we are one person away from meeting Fifth Harmony!"

We were both waiting in line, ready to meet Fifth Harmony. I had never actually been to a concert and I kind of dismissed how busy it would actually be. I don't think I had ever seen Manchester Arena looked so packed out, and all because a girl group that rarely visited was here.

We had been waiting in line for the past hour and it was an excruciatingly long time for a person who had a hardcore fangirl waiting with her. As I tried to blank out Y/BF/N's constant fangirling, I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that Lauren was literally within reach. I was finally going to meet her, face to face, and even though I had to pretend I didn't know her for Y/BF/N's sake, I was still scared out of my mind. I tried not to show it, though, especially because Y/BF/N would probably comment on it. Though, I think she was too busy squealing like a little girl to even remember my presence.

"Sorry, love," I laughed and ignored her playful glare that was shooting through me.

As she continued to fidget in her stance, I took a few breaths and tried not to imagine the worse. The vibrating up my leg is what brought me out of my thoughts, though. I pulled my phone out, unlocking it and seeing I had a text from Lauren. Y/BF/N was too busy overthinking her scenario to notice me reading it.

I'm so excited for this, Y/N heoqmahdlfjsis. When are you coming in?

I smiled to myself as I read her text, finding her impatience adorable. I knew she was older than me, but it didn't mean she couldn't be cute sometimes. Or, maybe all the time...

To: Love
I am too love and we're in next. Now stop texting me and greet your fans who paid a lot of money to see you!

Not even seconds later did I receive a response.
