Learning about something you love only makes learning that much more fun. So you can imagine how I felt when I was finally beginning to learn about something that I had wanted ever since I was little.

The rest of the afternoon finished up pretty quickly, and before I knew it, everyone was leaving to go home after their first day at college. The girls and I were on our way out because Lauren texted me not long ago saying she was here.

"Can we have a piggy back race?" Alessia asked as we were all walking on the pavement.

"And how do you propose we do that?" I raised an eyebrow, wondering what on earth went on in that girl's mind.

"Well, you and Tori are the tallest so you guys can lift us," she explained in a 'duh' tone.

I laughed. "Dude, I'm like an inch taller than you."

She was already jumping on Tori's back as she said, "Then you may want to run fast, eh?"

Before I could respond, Tori was giggling along with her as she raced ahead. My competitive side getting the best of me, I motioned for Ariana to jump on.

"Get on."

Ariana laughed but jumped on my back. I steadied her legs with my hands and allowed her to hold my neck before racing to the other two. I was closing in on the two girls and we were all laughing our heads off as surrounding people sent us odd looks. To be fair, we did look like five year olds right now.

"You might want to run faster if you want to win, losers!" Ariana shouted behind her, laughing at Tori and Alessia.

"A lot of talk for someone who isn't even running!" Tori yelled back, looking breathless.

I glanced behind me and stifled a laugh as I saw Alessia smacking Tori as she ran, treating her like a horse. It was pretty darn funny.

"Where are we stopping at?" I shouted so that Ariana could hear me.

She didn't answer straight away, but soon enough, she shouted loud enough for me and the other girls to hear. "First one to that trash can!"

I nodded and sped up, noticing Tori catching up. However, before I could slow down because the bin was a metre or so away, a loud beep of a car horn scared the living day lights out of me, making me stop and jump with shock.

"Holy shit!"

I eased Ariana off my back and she was laughing her head off, probably because my heart was racing faster than ever at the shock of the car horn.

"You okay there?" she asked in between her laughter.

I shoved her playfully before looking around to see who beeped their horn. A pale hand waving out of a black BMW caught my attention, and when I looked closely, I saw that it was Lauren sitting in the driver's seat, looking at me in the side mirror.

"Why did we stop?" Alessia asked as Tori slowed down beside us. She immediately dropped the Canadian on the floor, bending over to catch her breath afterwards.

"My ride is here," I informed them all. "I should go now, but just saying, Ari and I won."

Ariana and I high-fived with a laugh, ignoring Alessia's protests. Tori rolled her eyes at Alessia's complaining and ended up shoving her back on the ground when she tried to stand up again. This only fuelled my laughter.

"Today was fun, guys," I said with a smile, looking between them all. "I'm glad I met you both."

"We're glad to have met you, too, Y/N," Tori responded, smiling adorably at me. "We'll text you later, yeah?"
