My eyes opened up slowly, blinking rapidly to adjust to the unwanted stream of light. A stupid, annoying knocking noise was heard from downstairs and I groaned loudly, knowing I was alone in the house so had to answer the door myself. It's eight in the morning! What could people want?!

I dragged myself out bed and grabbed my glasses of my bedside table. Rubbing my eyes groggily and putting my glasses on, I forced myself down the stairs and to the front door.

"What?" I snapped as soon as I pulled the door open. I rubbed my eyes again and opened them, focusing on the person in front of me. Or should I say people.

"Nice to see you, too, boo," Dinah laughed along with the girls.

My eyes widened and I apologised immediately. "Oh my- guys, I'm so sorry. I totally forgot you were coming and-"

"It's fine," Lauren interrupted, a teasing smile on her face. I felt her eyes look me up and down and felt uncomfortable under her gaze. "Have you been sleeping?"

I looked down and realised she was referring to my pyjamas. "Um, yeah. Why?" I refrained from using a sarcastic comment such as "What gave it away? My pyjamas?"

"At two in the afternoon?" Ally laughed and that's when I realised I had slept in. I visibly face palmed, only fuelling their laughter.

"As much as we love laughing at you, Y/N," Camila said as I was blushing, "please can we come in? It's freezing out here."

She shivered to prove her point and so I paid closer attention to outside, noticing the thick blanket of snow that covered my street. It snowed! I smiled but then realised the girls were still standing there, huddling to keep warm.

"Oh, shoot! Yeah, sure, guys," I nodded and stepped to the side, motioning for them to come in.

They stepped inside and I shut the door. I noticed them shaking the snow off their shoes and taking off their coats and woolly hats.

"Do you guys want any tea or anything?" I offered, knowing that the drink would help warm them.

"That's as British as it gets," Camila snickered, earning a slap on the shoulder from Lauren, and a few giggles from the others.

I rolled my eyes at their immaturity, still wondering how they were older than me, but waited patiently for a response.

"It's okay," Lauren shook her head. "We're good. Thanks, though."

I nodded. "Okay, suit yourselves. How about you girls get settled in the living room whilst I go freshen up? I sincerely apologise for looking like a homeless person."

They laughed and I smiled once more before racing upstairs to get ready. Once I was out of their sight and in my bedroom, I sighed in relief. I couldn't believe I just answered the door to Fifth Harmony, in my pyjamas and with morning breath. I swear, my life is just one embarrassing cycle of mishaps.

After brushing my teeth and pulling some suitable clothes on, I went back downstairs and into the kitchen, turning on the kettle. Hey, just because they didn't want a cuppa didn't mean I didn't either. Once I made me tea and grabbed a biscuit, it replacing my breakfast, I went in the living room and joined the girls. They were all looking comfortable on the couches, watching TV like a big happy family. I settled on a single seater and placed my tea and biscuits on the coffee table, before facing them.
