Right in front of me, a man sat along a large branch, which was hanging a few yards above me. The stranger sported long red hair, which ended past his hips, and piercing green eyes. To match with his strange appearance, he wore red-framed glasses and a long red coat that hung off his shoulders, something Aunt Rose would wear. As I took in the strange man's appearance, I couldn't help but stare at the large chainsaw he tightly gripped onto.
"Who are you?" I ask. I raise my eyebrow in confusion. How was it that a man like him could climb up that high while still holding onto a machine like that.
"My, my, still with the questions, I see." He smiles. I gasp once catching sight of his pointed shark-like teeth. If he wanted to, he could rip out my throat with those razors of teeth. I wanted to flee from the scene but all I did was stand there like a sack of flower. But, I knew I couldn't show my fear; I didn't want to make it seem like this man had the upper hand. "Oh why the sour look, you know that's not very lady-like. Oh well, if you must know, my name is Grell Sutcliff." He hops down from the branch, landing gracefully on the ground without even breaking a single bone, and takes my hand. "Pleasure to meet you."
"Nice... to meet you too. The name's Catherine but you may call me C.L." I shake the strange fellow's hand. "What are you doing here outside my mansion?"
"Oh, just cruising around trying to look for my Bassy," He scans around trying to find whoever this 'Bassy' is. Then, he looks back at me and studies me, which made me quite uncomfortable. "Say you look quite familiar. Have we met before?"
I look at him, raising my eyebrow yet again, and reply, "No; we haven't. I would have remembered meeting someone that looked like they came out of a horror story. It's not like I see someone with shark teeth on a regular basis."
"What!! How dare you say that to a Grim Reaper." He puts his hand above his mouth, looking as if I had offended his ansectors. From the looks of it, his glare sent daggers right for me. "By the way, do you know anyone by the name of Sebastian?" My jaw practically drops to the floor, but it seems like he didn't care. "C'mon I don't have all night. Or, are you just going to let the bugs enter you mouth."
I shut my mouth and clear my throat, "Do you mean Sebastian Michaelis?"
"Oh so you do know him." He jumps with joy. "But wait, how could you know someone like him?"
"...He's my butler."
"What?!?! I thought he was still Ciel's butler."
"You knew my father?!" I practically yell at him. He jumps at the sudden outburst.
"Oh, now I see it; no wonder you look so familiar. You're Ciel and Elizabeth's daughter. Still can't believe that brat decided to go for someone as annoying as her."
"How dare you say that about my parents! Besides, how do you even know them?" He simply rolls his green eyes, ignoring the question entirely. My patience for this man was quickly diminishing.
"So let me guess, you let Sebastian do all your dirty work like getting rid of anyone that crosses your path. Were you planning on letting him kill those humans in your manor because I don't see their names on the 'to die list'. I wonder what they did to piss you off."
"What the hell are you talking about?!"
He blankly looks at me through his glasses, "What do you mean?"
"I mean, why would Sebastian kill anyone?"
"Well, isn't it obvious; he is a-" He stops mid-sentence, just when my anticipation was at its peek.
