After about an hour into the dance, I'm happy to say that nothing has happened yet, if you don't count the couple of seconds where Stephen fell on the dance floor. During that time, I haven't found any sight of Sebastian, Grell, or the other Grim Reapers that were said to come, though needless to say I don't even know how they look like. I can safely say that none of them would be dressed in a black cloak and wield a traditional scythe after seeing what Grell was dressed like. All of my friends and I had already occupied a good table, that was closest to the dance floor, while they were still available. Most of them have already left, beside me of course, and went to either dance, gamble in the stations, or both; I simply stayed behind but still kept my eyes open. Luckily, nothing wasn't out of the ordinary.
But, then all of a sudden, I feel a pair of large hands land on my shoulder. I immediately jump on contact and turn to face the culprit, which was a man with long brown hair and red-rimmed glasses. After spotting the vaguely familiar glasses, I notice the bright greens eyes that only an eccentric red-headed Grim Reaper would have.
"Grell; is that you?"
With that, a big grin crept on his face, revealing those sharp shark-like teeth I knew. "Oh my sweet C.L., I am so glad you recognized me!! For a second there, I thought you were going to trample me on the spot."
"I was about to, but you didn't look angel-like -"
"Well, that's a relief."
"-Anyways, what are you doing here looking like that?" I point out his choice of clothes, which consisted of bland browns and beiges. Nothing about this screams out the Grell I first met. I cross my arms and raise an eyebrow. "These colors don't suit you. I really do prefer you in red."
"Finally someone agrees with my fashion!! But, I couldn't wear them because Bassy said it would only draw attention to me, but I don't see the problem. I wouldn't mind the attention. But, whatever Bassy says, I have to do, so I had to change to look more a human."
"I guess I understand. The last thing we need is angels spotting a Grim Reaper. So have you seen anything out of the ordinary?"
"Besides most of these humans, no."
"Can't argue with that. Hey, quick question. Who else is here, besides you and Sebastian; I know he said there were others here."
"Oh you mean the other Grim Reapers!"
I quickly clamp his mouth shut. "Keep it down!" I yell/whisper. "We don't need people to think we're mental."
He pushes my hand away. "Fine," he growls. "Anyways, their names are William, Undertaker, and Ronald."
"Is there anything I need to know about them so I don't mistake them with anyone else here?"
"Well, you'll notice if you look into their eyes. They're not exactly normal 'human' colors. Plus, we wear spectacles, besides Undertaker. He usually has his hair covering his face, but when he isn't, I do recall him having a scar across his face."
"I think the eyes will be enough for me. Thank you, Grell."
"Hey C.L.!!" Another voice calls out from behind me. Grell and I turn only to find Edward coming towards us. With that, I put my hands on Grell's chest and start pushing him away. He got the message and quickly walks the opposite direction, before Edward is by my side. "Who was that guy, C.L.?"
"Oh him... Uh, he was just... one of the caterers! He asked me if I needed anything."
"Oh, I see. Hey do you wanna dance?"
