I cleaned up the house a bit, just to wait for Bruno to wake up. I did make him some food to put something in his system. I made something for both of us. I came over here so much, that I was the cook of the house. Chile adobo? I know he'd like that. I cooked up OUR favorite meal, and all I could hope for was for him to say "It smells good babe." I grabbed a Tylenol from the cabinet with a glass of water, as I sensed Bruno waking up. I walked to his room and he was rubbing his eyes. "Knock knock." He flinched as he was startled by my presence. "You need to take a Tylenol then when you're done, I have some food for you in the kitchen." I said. His eyes brightened although they were pink from crying. He stood up and walked towards me and pinned me against the wall. He kissed me, probably thinking it was a dream. I tasted the sweet liquor on his lips and it was quite divine. "I missed you, so fucking much." He cried. "I'm here now. I'm here to stay." He looked at me, and just embraced me. "You gotta stop drinking like a damn fool though." "You don't have to tell me again." He understood. I shed a tear, just at the moment we shared. "I love you." I said. "I love you too." We held each other for so long, we forgot about food, we forgot about the tylenol, and the drinking, and everything around us, because all we worried about was not losing each others love again, and how strong it is
