"Your honor" I said. "I can prove to you that these photos are inconclusive." "State you proof." "May I see the photos?" The sheriff brought them to me. "Liliana what are you doing?" Bruno whispered to me. "I'm going to need you to shut the hell up." I mumbled to him. Bruno sat back and watched. I grabbed a coin from my pocket. "Your honor, these police photos, usually have a date on them. Right here in the bottom right corner." I said. "However these photos don't have them." "So what's your point?" Bethany asked. "My point is, the date here is covered in black ink. A black sharpie perhaps?" I took the metal coin and I began to scratch out the sharpie marks. The date began to appear. I showed the the judge the date. "As you can see your honor, these photos are invalid, because this 'abuse' allegedly took place on June 15th, however on those photos, the dates are seen to be taken on April 15th. Two months before Mr. Hernandez and Ms. Mann even came into contact. "Your honor." Destiny said. "I still have the bruise on my neck where he grabbed me." She unbuttoned her jacket, so she can expose her neck. "I can prove another way that, this bruise Is fake."
