I sat upward in my bed, to clearly understand what Holmes was about to tell me. "My client, Destiny Mann, wants to bring your client, Peter Hernandez, to court for inappropriate conduct." "Inappropriate conduct?" "Yes, 7 months ago, on June 15, Mr. Hernandez was in a bar, where he had met Ms. Mann at a bar in Los Angeles. Ms. Mann claims that her and Hernandez had intercourse, and after words beat her and I quote, "If you tell anyone about this, I'll put you in a body bag". So Ms. Mann wants to sue Hernandez for assult and battery, and pay for her medical bills, that she had to fork over a large amount of money due to his inappropriate behavior." I was speechless. When Bruno grabbed me in my drive way, that was June 14. He had to have been drunk during the time, but that doesn't mean what he did was right, if he is found guilty of doing what is said to have been done. "I know my client very well, and I don't think that he did any of this, but we will set up a date and we will settle this through the court." I said sternly.
