"Please rise for the honorable Judge Morrison." The sheriff said. Everyone in the courtroom stood to their feet, until the Judge walked in. "You may all be seated." The she said. "The Plaintiff, Destiny Mann is suing Peter Hernandez for assult in a Los Angeles bar on June 15. Ms. Mann, tell me exactly what happened that night in June." "Yes your honor, on June 15, I was in a bar called the 'Platinum Room' and I was in there, drinking on my own, and I came across Mr. Hernandez. We began to talk for a while, and we, unfortunately got drunk. We then had intercourse thay same night, however, before we parted, he grabbed me in my throat, strangling, telling me if I had said anything about our one night stand that he'd kill me." The judge looked at Bruno in disgust. "There's always two sides to a story. Mr. Hernandez, state you side." "Everything Ms. Morrison said is true, except the fact about the physical abuse. I could never harm a woman, it's not in my nature. It's not how I was raised." When Bruno said that, I knew he was lying, because he did it to me. "Ms. Mann do you have any proof that Mr. Hernandez physically harmed you?" "Yes your honor." She opened her files and pulled out three photos. I know those photos are fake. Just by looking at them.
