Here comes that holiday once again, Christmas. You never understood the hype about this wonderful holiday, all you received was presents, and some quality family time. Sure, a couple of years ago before you joined Smash, you were always looking forward to Christmas. But now, as a fighter, you never really were excited for this holiday. You had no real reason why, but you did want to figure out why you were like this. Even now, you questioned yourself many times, there was just no source of excitement.

In the morning, after you took a shower and dressed yourself up warmly, you already obtained a Christmas card from Master Hand. You sighed and opened the envelope, unwillingly. You didn't know what the card had in stock. You quickly skimmed the text, all it said was there's a party going on today, presents will be opened late this evening, and many activities will be there to join. You placed the card onto your dresser and honestly, you didn't really care about today. You might participate in the activities and such, but still, you had no motivation whatsoever.

But one thing you did liked about winter, was the snow. Not only was it fluffy and cold, you could make almost anything you wished! Before you stepped out into the crowded halls of the mansion, you dressed yourself up for the coldness outside. You had a heavy jacket on, with a thick enough sweater underneath, a long scarf, fuzzy mittens, comfortable earmuffs, and snow boots. You were totally prepared for whatever the winter was offering.

And with that, you opened your door and revealed a whole different theme to the the mansion. Various colors of tinsels lined up against the walls, wreaths and red bows were hung up almost everywhere you looked, and Christmas-related painting replaced the previous ones. At first, you were vexed about the new decorations, but after staring and admiring them for a few seconds, they suddenly became satisfying.

Pit, Zero Suit Samus, Zelda, and Ike noticed your expected presence, walked over to you, gave you a warm greeting, and handed you a candy cane. It was very staggering to see them do this to you. As you were making your way outside, you wondered what these candy canes were for, but your question was answered when you read a small paper that was taped onto one of the candy canes. It told you to not eat, and keep the candy canes safe and secure. Following its order, you placed the four candy canes into your pocket, carefully trying not to crush or break them.

Finally, you reached the entrance of the mansion, everybody was hanging out in the hallways or the cafeteria, some were chasing each other around, and many were playing outside. You decided that you should join them, and have a friendly snowball fight, or just build igloos until the party officially started.

Zipping up your jacket, and adjusting your mittens, you took a deep breath and opened the front door of the mansion. Carefully stepping out and seeing most of the fighters having a snowball war right in front of you. But even before you got the chance to ask someone to join, you were greeted by a snowball to your face.

You quickly wiped it off, only to see -who you would consider- that idiot, Shulk laughing at you. With him distracted, you kneeled down to the ground and rolled up a snowball in your hands. You stood back up and carefully aimed right at his head. When you threw it, it didn't go exactly were you wanted it to go. Instead, the hard snowball hit him right in his sweet spot. He yelped in pain and fell to the cold ground, rolling around as you claimed instant victory.

But that victory didn't last so long, you got another snowball to the face. When you wiped off the snow, you saw Link and his team; Zelda, Toon Link, and Ganondorf. They all quickly began building a small fort as you stood there, thinking that four verses one, wasn't fair at all.

"Hey! Hey! Psst! Psst! Hey! (Name!) Over here!" You turned around, only to see Lucas, Ness and Villager already prepared with a fort, and a pile of snowballs at their side.
