Chapter Fourteen

Lloyd's POV

Shit! sabi ko na nga ba't ayokong may kasamang babae. Bakit ko nga ba hinila ang nerd na 'to dito sa labas? nakita tuloy ako ng Dark Gemini at ka muntik nang madamay si Ms. Nerd! tss.

After naming kumain sa Restaurant ay nàglakad ulit kami pabalik sa school. Malapit nang mag 2pm at magsisimula na rin ang taekwondo sa ring.

Nakarating kami na marami na ang nakaupo sa taas at sa baba ng mga upuan sa gilid ng ring. Mayroong mini ring kasi dito sa Events Centre na ipinagawa para sa teakwondo and fencing club.

Naghiwalay kami ni nerd ng way papuntang dressing room para magbihis ng uniform para sa taekwondo.

There's a part of me na nagsasabing huwag nang isali sa laro 'tong nerd na 'to kasi baka kung mapano pa siya. Concern? tch! no, ano ba? I am not concerned. I was just stating the fact that she can't do this. She's a nerd and I can see her being weak.

"Okay, Taekwondo class! From Liberty University, say hoooo!" Said the emcee, We all said hoooo! then clapped our hands. Nag sigawan lahat ng mga taga Liberty University.

"And taekwondo class from Fatima University! let me hear you say hooooo!" Nagsigawan ang mga supporters from their school then clapped their hands too.

Marami kasing kasali rin from Fatima University sa lahat ng mga laro ng Liberty University. Actually, magagaling sila but of course, mas magaling parin kami.

Isabelle's POV

Nasa loob ako ng dressing room and sakto namang, the bitches were there. They just looked at me and roll their eyes. Like what the hell is their problem? Ipinusod ko ang buhok ko then tinanggal ang eyeglasses ko. Sagabal lang ito sa akin ngayong laban.

"So, magpapatuloy ka pala Ms. Nerd? ipapahiya mo lang ang sarili mo if you loose the battle. You know, Kawawa ang University natin. Tsk!" At ako pa ang matatalo? aren't they feeling goosebumps?

"Are you afraid that I might get attention to the people here? well, I really don't want attentions, unlike you. Attention seeker, flirt!" Itinali ko ang belt ko sa harap then left them dumbfounded.

Sumunod naman sila sa'kin because we are being called out na sa ring.

"Okay, Taekwondo class! From Liberty University, say hoooo!"

"And taekwondo class from Fatima University! let me hear you say hooooo!"

That was the emcee, who's seeking for attention to the viewers and the participants.

I just don't mind about him because, there's someone I am looking at. A man with a piercing on his left ear. He is looking at me too, dangerously.
I think he's from the Fatima University. He looks like a gangster.

Am I the one he is targeting to be his match?

I never thought the match Liberty vs. Fatima was starting already. I was being occupied with my thoughts. Kinikilala ko iyong lalaki based on his height, the way he stand up, the way he sits. I think, I figure out his moves can be. I winked at him then he winked too.

I felt someone near us looking at me. I was so shocked only to confirmed that it was him! Lloyd. He look mad, I don't know but he looked like he's going to kill someone. Then he looked at the man I was glaring at awhile ago. Ohhh! is he that mad?

"Isabelle Chua Lorenzo from Liberty University vs. Jero Andrew Agustin from the Fatima University. Give your support to our two participants!" I walked to the center as well as the man I was looking at ealier.

Nagpalakpakan ang mga taga Fatima University. But the Liberty University?

Walang ni isa sa kanila ang nagsalita o nag cheer para sa akin. Aren't they rude?

Maya-Maya'y sumigaw ang mga kaibigan ko.

"Go Isabelle! go.go.go! wohooo!" My friends shouted. The both of them are cheering for me! I love my new friends. They are really supportive. I thank god for giving them to me, I owe you a lot.

I took a glance at my opponent. He is smirking at me. I am not threatened. This is what I used to do since I was ten. It's been nine years now of doing this.

"Threatened? you still have a little time to quit." He asked. I did not mind him. I heard from the side's gossips again.

"Omg! patay kang babae ka. Ang leader pa ng pangalawang kinatatakutang gang dito sa pilipinas ang kinalaban mo. The Beast Princes Gang pa talaga huh? tsk tsk."

"Yeap girl. Girl, tumawag ka na ng ambulansya. For sure deads na yan pagkatapos nito."

"Is that really Andrew from F.U? omg! he's so handsome!"

Sabay kaming nag bow bago mag simula ang laban. Pagkatapos, ay puma-ikot kami pareho. Humahanap kami ng bwelo for the first attack.

He attacked me first by giving me a front kick and then side kick but
I immediately scaped then my turn to attack him. I smirked nung matamaan ko ang torso niya. Napaupo siya saglit then started again para maka bangon.

The crowd was shouting. They are cheering for Andrew.

He kicked using the double round house kick at tanging side kick and front kick lang ang nagagawa ko sa bilis ng atake niya.

It's my turn now to fight back and you'll gonna lose this match. I'll make sure of that.

This match now is not 2-3 minutes match. The person to knock down the opponent will win.

Habang umaatake siya ng back kick ay umatras ako, I mirked and then gave him a spinning hook kick. Ang spinning hook kick ay very powerful especially when you perfectly landed on the opponent's head.

Sa lakas ng pagkaka sipa ko ay  napatumba ko siya and he can't move after that.

He can't win this time because of two reasons,

One, is because I am stronger than him. And,

Two, is because I am Queen Aphrodite!

"As far as I remember, I am mastered in Taekwondo for about Nine long years." I whispered in his right ear that made him shiver. Nagulat siya sa sinabi ko.

And when I remembered that there was a crowd, omg! they are so quiet. As in, walang nagsasalita.

Lumapit ang referee and checked Andrew's condition.

The bell for alarm rang. Then the emcee cleared his throat before speaking.

I saw him wincing in pain sa mga natamo niya sa'kin.

"Okay, and the winner is Ms. Isabelle Chua Lorenzo! Liberty University, give Ms. Lorenzo a warm of applause!"

Then the crowd went wild. I saw Lloyd na gulat na gulat. He just can't accept the fact that I am strong and good at this.

Bumaba ako because my friends are walking near me. When I reached them, the two of them hugged me. I am so touched.

"Congratulations friend! we are so happy for you. Kyaa! ang galing mo! natalo mo pa si fafa Andrew!" Shouted Jelly whose half kilig na. Seriously? she's having a crush on that mahangin. Tch! That boastful creature. Wala naman palang ibubuga.
