The First Time // Joel Pimentel

Chapter Five

                       Joel's P.O.V
         I woke up as the sun shined bright in my room. I quickly went towards my phone to check what my fans have tweeted me, I went on and followed some fans, Dm them, or tweet them. After that I decided to text Selena.

                       -To Selena-
GOODMORNING! Wake up, lol do you wanna hang out again today? Let's go for lunch and then to La Banda?

     I send the text but what if she says no? What if she thinks I'm being annoying?

                    -From Selena-
Yeah sure! & goodmorning Joel  😆 What time do you want to meet up?

                     -To Selena-
I'll pick you up at 2. & you can bring your friend Ally.

           I didn't want her to bring Ally though. But she probably wanted another girl around her instead of 8 boys. However I just wanted to be us two and no one else. 

                    -From Selena-
Okay. But she's busy so it will just be us two. Unless you're bringing any of the guys to lunch?

       I was extremely happy that it was just gonna be us two, not that I don't like Ally but I want to know Selena better.

                        -To Selena-
Haha no boys just us two! I'll see you then.

          It was only 12 so I decide to go out and talk to Yoandri. I found him sitting next to Richard as they talked, I soon joined the conversation. "So Joel do you like Sel?" Yoandri asked me, completely changing the topic. "Uhh I don't know." Lies. I did know. "Well if you don't ima ask her out." Richard told me. I felt some type of jealousy, he wouldn't could he? "I do like her." I said out of nowhere. "Knew it! Dude go for it. I was never gonna ask her out." Richard said. He's right. Maybe today I will ask her on a proper date.

Once it was 2 I began to drive to Selena's house. I finally arrived and I went to knock on her front door. A boy opened the door he seemed at least one or two more years older than me. "Who are you?" He asked. "I'm Joel um where's Selena?" I asked shyly, maybe this is her brother? "Oh okay. SELENA YOUR BOYFRIEND IS HERE!" I couldn't stop myself from blushing. I wasn't her boyfriend but I loved hearing that, maybe in the future it will happen. Selena walked downstairs and glared at the boy. "Daniel he's my friend!" She told him. "Shall we?" She said "We shall."
