WICKED LABS
The room was silent, they had left you two to talk. The bare, white walls were now showing screenings of the Gladers. He was pacing back and forth his hands in his hair. You're hand reached to stop him, he jumped slightly at your feel. He looked at you with tears in his eyes.
"Y/n, I know we have to do t-this, but I'm scared. I don't want to go there. I don't want to lose my memory, I don't want to lose you." His arms wrapped tightly around you. You felt a few tears escape your own eyes. Your arms tightened around him, you thought you were strong enough to tell him that leaving was okay, but now you were breaking as well.
"Thomas, it will be..it will be okay. I'll be there soon, too." Your voice sounded distant, unfamiliar. He let go of you and held you at shoulders length.
"But I won't know you, then. I want recognize your (your color eyes). Your smile will no longer be the reason I fight to stay alive everyday. I won't know about us. It will all be history, but I will not even know it exists."
You looked at the ground, "We will find each other, I know we will." But was that true? Could you and Thomas possibly remember, when not one subject could remember if they chose to? Would you be able to remember that with a griever's sting you could possibly remember a few things?
"I hope we do, Y/n." He cupped your cheeks and kissed you. It was the most sweetest, slowest, yet most passionate kiss you'd ever shared.
You were about to speak when the doors behind Thomas began to open. His eyes became very wide, it was time.
"It is time to begin the process, Thomas." Janson (rat man) walked in and took Thomas by the shoulder non-aggressively. Thomas turned back multiple times as if to speak to you.
He was so close to the door, so close to leaving and forgetting about you. You looked to the ground once more, then he screamed, "I LOVE YOU, Y/N."
The doors closed behind him.

The Maze Runner Imagines
FanfictionI've always loved writing, but I've always been horrible at making an entire story. Short imagines are definitely a great way of sharing my writing, and so that's why I do them! I absolutely love The Maze Runner trilogy. I hope you enjoy my imagine...
