The Maze Runner Imagines

Problem

You were carrying the wood from the woods to Gally. You were going to build a bonfire tonight, so you decided to help out this month.

They were pretty heavy and you were struggling a little bit.

"Need help?"

"Oh yeah su-" you turned to see Minho laughing. Of course.

"Sike!"

"Don't be a jerk, Minho." Newt came around and took all the wood from you.

"Thank you, Newtie." You smiled at him. You felt Minho move, but didn't look at him. Newt left and you were standing awkwardly close to Minho.

"Hey, what's your problem?" You asked still not looking at him.

"What do you mean Sasha?" You gritted your teeth.

"It's Sophie."

"Yeah, yeah whatever."

You turned to him, "seriously?! What the heck is it that I've done to make you so pissed off? Why do you hate me! Ever since I came here you've spent your free time making my life more of a living hell than it already is! And I'm so freaking d-" you were surprisingly cut off by his lips on yours.

You couldn't help but notice the butterfly feeling in your stomach. You weren't kissing him back, so he said against your lips, "kiss me."

You hesitated slightly before giving in and kissing Minho. When his lips left yours, you felt a small absence there. You were breathing heavily. He stepped closer to you pushing a strand of your red hair back.

"I don't hate you, completely the opposite actually. But it's difficult to try to tell you how I feel if you're always so damn close to Newt."

"Newtie? He actually makes me feel happy and cared about, unlike--" you stopped yourself.

"Please, forgive me. I'm not good with feelings. I don't think I've ever felt this way about someone."

"Pretending to hate me isn't going to make me want you or like you, Minho."

"I know, I know. Can we please start over? Please. Just one more chance." You looked him dead in the eye and knew he wasn't joking.

"Okay, fine. But if you mess this up, I swear Minho I'll never talk to you again."

He smiled, "I won't ever do anything to hurt you ever again."
