I stand in the doorway admiring Spencer.

"You look really good." He smiles widely at my complement.

"I'm glad you like what you see." He smirks. I move in to tightly hug him, suddenly realizing just how much I've missed him.

"How are you feeling? Are you doing okay?" I pull back to look for a reaction. He guides me into the apartment and leans against the small kitchen island.

"I'm doing a lot better than I was a few months ago. Although I've really missed you." I'm in awe at how different he is. He's lively, and he seems so much happier.

"I've missed you too. I'm sorry I haven't called much... things at work have been so insane lately. Apparently without you around I'm a lot less distracted."

He smiles, my heart skips a beat. I feel so happy he's doing so much better.

"Did you tell everyone, I mean about what happened?" He bites his lip.

I frown, and shake my head. "No, I just told them you were visiting your Mom. I didn't think this should be their business." He nods and stands up straight.

"Well, I'm ready to go home if you are." I smile, more than excited to have him home again.

"Did you finish packing everything?" I look around at the well organized room. A large suitcase and a backpack rests next to the navy blue couch.

"Yeah, all we need to do is check out at the front desk." I pick up the backpack and Spencer pulls his suitcase.

We lock the apartment door behind us and head downstairs to the receptionist. I try my best not to roll my eyes at the overly smiling lady.

"You're back! What can I do you for?" I sit the backpack down and rest it against the desk.

"I'm checking out Spencer Reid." I glance over at him. He stopped at the large indoor fountain throwing in his spare change.

"Great, all I need is your last payment and you're good to go!" I watch as she types away, awaiting my bill. Inpatient rehab isn't the cheapest, the last bill was nearly five figures.

"Looks like you covered the first sixty days with insurance, I just need the last thirty days, any keys to the apartment, and member card." I pull out my wallet from my purse, and slide out my debit and insurance cards.

"Spencer, keys." He quickly walks over to the counter and digs his hands into his pockets pulling out two keys and his member card.

"Alrighty, I hope you enjoyed your time here, I will make sure to send your employer, Aaron Hotchner?" I nod, "Perfect, I will be sending Aaron Hotchner a certificate of completion of your required time. Enjoy the rest of your day." I pick the backpack up and swing it over my shoulder.

"Thanks, you too." I turn the other way and Spencer guides me out to the parking lot.

"How're you doing? Are you hungry?" I pop open the trunk of my car, Spencer effortlessly places the suitcase in and the backpack on top.

"I already ate, they serve breakfast pretty early. What about you? We can stop somewhere if you want." We get into the car and I watch as he adjusts the passenger seat to his height.

"I'm good." I mumble as I turn on the gps on my phone, guiding us home.

It takes just over an hour due to traffic to get home. I can tell Spencer didn't sleep too well since he'd been passed out for most of the drive.

I pull into our driveway and park in the garage. Spencer starts stirring and sleepily glances up at me.

"We're home?" He sits up and looks around.
