"Come on Demi you've done this before, you can do it again!" Willa encouraged but Demi shook her head letting the tears fall from her eyes taking in a huge breath as her contraction ended.

"L-Last time I had Liam, this time is different." Demi choked but allowed Willa to wipe away her tears. She didn't have a lot of energy and she still had to push.

"Joe is doing all he can to get here on time, all this stress isn't good for your baby girl Demi. You need to try and calm down." Willa encouraged Demi taking in deep breathed as she clutched onto Willa's hand desperate for comfort even if it wasn't Joe's. She had been in labour for about eight hours now glad that the labour had been progressing slow but time was flying past and she knew she would need to push soon. She could feel the need to now.

"I-I'm trying." Demi stammered Willa wiping away her forehead.

"Demi Joe's plane landed, he just needs to get here. Do you want to talk to him?" Emily questioned as she entered the room. She nodded her head quickly Emily holding the phone up to her ear, she could hear that he was in a car.

"J-Joe." Demi choked.

"Demi are you okay?" Joe inquired, Demi could hear the fear in his voice that he wouldn't get there in time, that he would miss the birth of his second child.

"I've got a person coming out of me, I'm not okay!" Demi exclaimed holding tighter onto Willa's hand. "I need you Joe." Joe closed his eyes fighting back the tears not wanting to scare her more then what he imagined she was already. He couldn't imagine what she was going through especially when he wasn't there to help her through it.

"I want to be there with you too Demi but this is our only choice, I'm about an hour away, if I could speed up the car I would. How far do you think you are from pushing?"

"I feel the need to now!" Demi screamed as she felt another contraction, Joe let the tears fall from his eyes as he heard her in pain over the phone. "Joe please I need you here." Joe wiped away his tears before speaking again.

"I'll be there Demi, I promise." Demi knew he couldn't keep that promise but hearing the words was comforting enough for her. She couldn't imagine bringing their daughter into the world and him not being there with her.

"What if something's wrong? It's too early." Demi whispered.

"Then we'll get through it together, look I'm about to go through a tunne..." Joe begin but the line soon went dead. Demi groaned throwing her head back Emily taking the phone back.

"Do you feel better now?" Demi shook her head.

"Not until he's here." Demi mumbled closing her eyes.

"Alright Demi it's time to push." Susan stated Demi whimpering as she held onto both Willa and Emily's hands. Joe wasn't here yet and she was about to give birth to their child, their first daughter. But she couldn't wait any longer, she needed to deliver her daughter.

"I told you he wouldn't get here, he's just too far away." Demi mumbled as Willa and Emily helped her sit up a bit.

"I'm sorry Demi, I wish I could tell you to wait pushing but that's not healthy on you or the baby. You'll have to deliver without daddy here." Susan spoke sympathetically Demi shaking her head as she got into the delivery position.

"I-It's okay, he'll still get to meet her." Demi cracked a small smile.

"Exactly now when you feel your next contraction give me a big push," Demi did everything Susan told her to in an huge amount of pain but she knew it would be worth it in the end when she had her baby girl in her arms. She pushed as hard as she could each time holding onto Emily and Willa's hands. "Alright her head has been born, one more big push and she'll be here."

"I-I can't do it!" Demi whined falling back on the bed slightly.

"I know you can Demi, come on, you'll have your little girl here in one big push." Willa encouraged Demi nodding her head taking in one huge breath sitting up again. She pushed as hard as she could.
