Joe lifted Elliot out of the bath wrapping him in a towel, Elliot was cooing in his father's arms as he drained the water from the bath, he seemed to enjoy baths. Joe carried him through into his room laying him down on the changing table where Emily was trying to tidy up a little bit already laid a pair of pyjamas out on the side.

"Did you have a good talk with your mom and brother?" Emily inquired smiling as she heard her son's giggles as his dad begun to dry him. Joe couldn't help but smile too enjoying the sound of his son's laughter.

"Yeah it was nice to see them, I'm spending some time with Nick tomorrow then going out for dinner with them both." Joe explained strapping a diaper around his son's waist before beginning to dress him into his baby grow.

"That should be fun, it will be good for you to get out and not have it to see Harvey. You can't let your disorder stop you from going out." Emily stated.

"I know, I just don't want to scare them both away." Joe admitted.

"They've been searching for you for years Joe, I don't think you having this mental disorder will stop them from spending time with you, they probably want to help you get as comfortable in life as you can." Emily assured him leaning up kissing his cheek gently.

"I guess," Joe lifted Elliot up in his arms now he was dressed passing him over to Emily. "Who is Stephen?"

"Just some guy." Emily answered.

"Emily." Joe warned making her laugh as she sat down on the couch lifting her shirt up so she could feed Elliot before he went to bed. He ate solids a lot of the time now but they liked to feed him milk before he went to sleep of a night.

"I met him in the supermarket and he asked me out, I said yes." Emily shrugged.

"You didn't have to hide that from me, I'm happy for you." Joe complained.

"I didn't hide it from you, I just didn't get around to telling you."

"Does he know you have a son?" Joe questioned folding the towel up but kept it in his hands to put over the radiator to dry.

"Yeah he was with me when we met, he has a eighteen month old daughter, Elliot started to babble at her as if he was trying to speak to her." Emily explained.

"I hope you have a good time, as long as he treats you and El right I have no reason to dislike the guy." Joe stated before leaving the room knowing Emily would lay Elliot down.

"When mommy start new job?" Kean questioned his mom as he climbed into bed that night Demi pulling the covers over his body up to just below his neck Kean lifting his arms out the covers for comfort. He had been on the phone with Joe for a little bit, he knew Joe wasn't well at the moment and wanted to make him feel better.

"On Monday then we can spend the whole night together!" Demi exclaimed.

"I prefer your new job." Kean mumbled feeling a little tired, she knew it would be better for the both of them and her son or daughter when they arrived.

"It will be better won't it." Demi stated kissing his forehead gently.

"Night mommy, night baby." Kean murmured before dropping off to sleep. Demi smiled kissing his head one last time making sure his night light was on before leaving the room shutting the door behind her once the light was switched off. She cleared up the bathroom after Kean had his bath before heading downstairs to spend some time to herself. She was starting to ache a little bit now that the pregnancy was getting further along but she had bigger things to worry about like making sure Joe was in the best state of mind he could be for when their child did arrive.
