A/N: Its a short one, y'all will live

Troye covered Tyler's resting body, he was nuzzled into the couch in the living room watching television as the rest of his family left the house. Troye looked over at Allexy as she colored her picture at the small plastic table in the corner of the living room. Jackie circled back into the living room, looking at Tyler's rolled up figure on the sofa and flashing a smile at Troye "are you sure you're gonna be alright" Jackie said again still feeling a little guilty for leaving Troye with three children- Greyson, Allexys, and a sick Tyler. "I'll be just fine Jackie, don't worry" Troye said knowing very well by now how to help around the Oakley household.

"okay sweetie" Jackie said wrapping Troye in a hug and kissing Tyler on the forehead. Slowly the rest of the Oakley's walked out of the house, and the large home was quiet except for the show playing on the tv, the beeping of the baby monitor, and Allexys' crayons moving on the surface of the plastic table. Troye lifted Tyler's head and moved to sit under him. Tyler's head now rested on a pillow on Troye's lap, Tyler watching the screen intently his eyes fluttering shut slowly every so often.

Troye ran his finger's through Tyler's hair not at all paying attention the the show. A smile settled on Tyler's face as he closed his eyes effectively drifting to sleep on Troye's lap. Troye smiled and his heart swelled, Tyler looked absolutely perfect as he slept his chest rising and falling slowly. Troye slid out from under him and turned the television off. Allexys gleamed as Troye took a seat next to her, grabbing a piece of white paper and a few crayons.

"What are you drawing" Allexys said looking at Troye's paper

"I'm not sure yet, right now I'm drawing myself. What are you drawing" Troye said smiling looking at Allexys' paper. She had three people drawn on the paper. Two of the people were standing next to each other, one person had brown curly hair and it had a long sleeve poka-dot-jumper and blue pants, the other had blue hair and a green jumper with black pants. Troye smiled, it was clearly him and Tyler. The third person was further away, it was a person in a pink dress and brown hair with a bow in it, the face was angry. Troye looked longer wondering who that could be.

"I'm drawing you too" Allexys said. Troye pointed at her drawing, "Who's that, is it you?" he asked pointing to the girl, before returning to his own paper coloring in his blue pants.

"Oh no, that's Beth" Allexys said "She angry because Tyler stopped letting her yell at him"

Troye froze, who was yelling at Tyler "Who's Beth?" Troye asked calmly trying to look unaffected but truly concerned about Tyler

"She was Tyty's girlfriend" Allexys said still coloring the blue sky "I didn't like her"

"Why"

"She was mean to Tyler when my mom and Ken weren't around" Allexys said "One time I walked into the yard while she was yelling and she called me stupid and a brat and told me to go inside" she paused looking at Troye "I didn't mean to be a brat, I didn't know that she didn't want me out there" Allexys' usual smile faded as she colored

"Hey, hey. Lex your not a brat" Troye said calmly with a smile, Troye leaned in closer to whisper in her ear "Don't tell Tyler but, I like you better" He said and she giggled, her usual smile returning full force

"He likes you more than he liked Beth" Allexys said

"how do you know"

Allexys beamed "Because I'm smart" Troye laughed "Yeah, Tyler was her boyfriend while he was in 7th and 8th grade and then, something happened and Beth moved away, he was crying a lot. I asked him if he was sad and he said that he wasn't really" Allexys said 

Troye furrowed his eyebrows "When did he start going to his room after dinner?" Troye questioned

"The middle of seventh grade" Allexys dropped the blue crayon and picked up a green one to start coloring the grass.

"What else was she like" Troye asked

"Um, I don't really know. I didn't like her she's mean but I know that my Daddy liked her he was always bring Tyler over to her house. Codi hung out with her a lot too, you should ask Codi about her" Allexys said

"Oh. no that's alright. We don't need to talk about her anymore, she's gone now" Troye said finishing his picture

"You like Tyler a lot too" Allexys said suddenly picking up their old conversation while looking up at Troye with a smile

"what makes you say that" Troye said looking back at her

Allexys pointed to the Troye's picture, "You drew him too"
