Jackie had finally gotten all the kinds in bed, she'd been meaning to ask Troye how his session with dan went but never got the chance too. Once he and Tyler came home they ate dinner and went straight up the stairs as usual. She was going to go check on them up then one of the kids fell and needed a boo boo cleaned. So finally at 10:45 she was getting the chance to go up and see them. She went up stairs and knocked once, opening the door quickly and scanning the room in horror.

It was a disaster! There were pillows everywhere the hamper was spilled over the bathroom light was on and the door was open. Not to mention the unmade bed with the two sleeping culprits nestled in the middled tangled in the blankets.

"Boys" she called and Tyler sat up immediately fixing his glasses and being sure to wrap himself up in the sheet. "Get up and clean up this room it looks like a bomb went off in here" she said

Tyler groaned and flopped back now "okay we'll do it" he said

"No, now Tyler get up and clean it" She ordered leaning against the door frame

Tyler grumbled under his breath, knowing that he was still not wearing any clothes he wasn't able to do anything until she left the room "I'll do it when you leave, god. I don't want you watching me Mom" he said

"I don't believe you, you are just going to lay back down" she said crossing her arms

"I swear I'll do it as soon as you leave, I'm gonna wake Troye and make him help" he's said

"Fine, and when he is done send him down stairs I wanna talk to him" She said

Tyler gasped, what could she possible need to talk to him about alone. Oh god. what if she heard them. He wasn't exactly quiet even after Troye warned him several times. Jackie lift the room, leaving Tyler alone and panicked with his own thoughts. What has he done, they should have just stuck to there plan of only fooling around at Troye's place.

He groaned and shook Troye, who was a pain in the ass to wake up. Tyler got dressed and began to tidy the room, shaking Troye every now and again to get him awake enough to have a conversation with.

"Troye would you wake up already" Tyler laughed "you are like a rock and my mom wants to talk to you" he said

Troye huffed again, turning to burry his face in the messy bed. "Babe if you don't get up I'm going to push you off this bed" Tyler threatened

"Tilly this is the part where we cuddle and say sweet things about each other, not when you forcibly wake me up" Troye complained

"Love, we can do that after...my mom is making me clean this mess and you have to go talk to her" Tyler said leaning down to peck Troye's forehead

"okay" he said after a while, rubbing his eyes to wake himself up more

Troye hopped down the stairs. Walking straight into the kitchen, straight into his worst nightmare. Ken and Jackie both standing in the kitchen literally waiting for Troye to walk in. All he wanted was to be invisible so that he could walk right back out.

"here we go" he muttered under his breath

Ken smiled "before you get all defensive, I spoke with Dan briefly and we are only here to help you. We aren't going to nose around in your business we are just telling you that we are here if you need us"

Troye sighed "he wasn't supposed to tell you"

"I know sweetie but we needed to know" Jackie said "I know we aren't your parents and you are more than capable of taking care of yourself because you did it for almost a half a year but you don't have to do it alone"

"but I-I can't do it by myself..." Troye said "I'm doing it because of Tyler and Dan...I don't know what I'm doing"

"Your not supposed to have it all figured out at 16...you are supposed to be in high school making stupid decisions and experimenting. You've been forced into adulthood really early and thats scary" Jackie said "and I'm saying the truth when I tell you that you are doing better than most adults"

"yeah..."

Ken cleared his throat "So that being said...we've been think and we have a little proposition for you, and before you say no hear us out"

"okay..." Troye hesitated

"we were thinking that, at least while you are still in high school, we could help pay for your apartment so that you didn't have to work so much. Maybe stop working a the diner for a bit while you get back on your feet" Ken said

"I...I don't know" Troye said "Its a really good job and they are flexible with my hours and when I can't afford groceries I can eat there..."

"Troye you don't need to worry about that stuff you can be here sweetie. Let us help you, please its the least we can do"

"But but you have 13 kids and and a house to pay for and I can't let you do that" Troye stuttered his heart beginning to race

"The kids are growing up and we've lived in this house so long that its basically paid off and we really want to do this for you, we love you"

"You...love me"

"Yes of course we do" Ken said "you make this place a little brighter and all the kids love you and most importantly you make Tyler happy and we want to see you happy too"

"Okay..." Troye said "but...I can't let you guys pay for the whole thing. I get checks from my Dad once a month you guys have to take those"

"No Troye you keep it, save it up for later if you don't need it right away" Jackie said

"I'm here so much though and you guys feed me and and I don't even use the stupid thing I don't want you guys to pay for that" Troye said "really you don't have too I'm doing fine"

"Troye, honestly sweetie its okay to not be okay sometimes and we know how hard you work let us do something for you" Jackie practically begged

"How about I get back to you on that and...for now things just stay the same" Troye said "I'm really tired and I'm going to head up with Ty"

"Alright, but this discussion is not over" Jackie said before pulling him into a hug Ken joining in

Jackie sighed "I love you hun" she said before Troye pulled away "I love you guys too"

I was writing like crazy today...but I know a lot of people have been asking about Silence. I'm working on it I promise its just hard to write for right now.
