Brennan's POV
As the door opened , there she was. staring right back at me. "what?" i asked . Not realizing how rude I sounded. When we all walked in , I then sat down next to Annie. "How have you been Annie?" I asked. She looked at me with a half smile then looked down, "I'd rather not say" she said.
" Let's go on the trampoline everyone" Katie yelled. We all ran to the trampoline , then began to do some tricks. But then , Annie stopped jumping then walked off back into the house.
"Where are you going annie?" sydney asked. Annie just kept walking. Everyone chased after her. "cmon , help us" liv said while looking at me.
Everyone kept walking after her until mr billy yelled , "cmon everyone have some cupcakes". they all went to get one but annie just kept walking to her room. I followed her too see if she was okay.
Annie's POV
As I was jumping on the trampoline , I was having fun at first but then I got sad again, I can't stop thinking about Caleb. I miss him so much. So I decided to just go into my room to just calm myself down.
As I was closing my door, someone pushed it lightly open. "Brennan?, how come you're up here?" I asked. He looked down and looked back at me and said
"I have to ask you something Annie, it's kind of important for me to ask you this" He said nervously. "Sure Brennan, what is it?"
Brennan's POV
Okay, I have two options . I can either ask her out right now , or just wait, play it cool and ask her if she's okay. "So Annie I was wondering if...."
