Annie's POV
I looked at the text message and put it in my pocket.

"Hey Brennan, I have to use the bathroom. I'll be back". I said as I kissed his cheek and walked to the bathroom.

"Okay I'll be sitting by our table". Brennan said as he let go of my hand.

I nodded my head and walked to the bathroom. It was completely silent. The only thing I heard was the booming of the music.

"Hello? Anyone here?". I called out while walking through the bathroom.

Nobody answered.

"Hm..strange". I thought to myself.

As I was about to walk out I heard a stall opening,
"Annie?". I heard a voice ask

I walked back in and I saw someone I'd never expect to see again.

"Liv? what are you doing here? I thought you moved schools".

"Well you thought wrong". She said while crossing her arms.

"What do you want Liv? I mean it's been years since we've seen each other and now you text me to meet you in the bathroom during spring fling?". I said while sounding confused.

She walked closer to me and gave me a look,
"You know exactly what I want".

"Brennan?". I asked.

"Exactly, and I will get him back. Whether you like it or not". She said with a smirk.

"No you won't. Their is nothing that you can do that will take him away from me". I said while looking at Liv straight into the eyes.

"Oh, is that so?".
She then uncrossed her arms and slapped me straight across my face, making me black out.

Brennan's POV
I sat there by our table for a good ten minutes with Katie and Cody.

"Where's Annie?". Katie asked while looking around.

"She went to the bathroom". I said while looking at my phone to check the time. It showed it was 9:35.

"It's been awhile since the last time I saw her". I thought to myself.

My phone then ringed,
Unknown number: Thought I was done with you guys? Ha, you thought. See you tomorrow! xoxo

I looked off of my phone and quickly stood up to walk to the bathroom.

"Brennan what's wrong?". Katie asked while following behind me.

I walked into the girls bathroom and saw Annie sitting in the corner crying with a bruise on her cheek.

"Annie?! What happened?". I asked while holding her in my arms.

"It's...It's Liv. She's back again.."  Annie said while sniffling.

"I promise you Annie, Anything that she tries to do, It will never change the way I feel about you. I love you and only you".

"I promise as well Brennan. I love you".

"How's about we start to head home now, it's getting pretty late". I said while standing up.

"Yeah, let's go". Annie said while standing up and taking my hand.

Annie's POV
When we reached home Brennan walked me up to my porch,

"Hey Brennan, let's not tell anyone about what happened tonight, okay?".

"Okay, it'll be our little secret". Brennan said while wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Thanks for everything you did for me tonight Brennan. You're the best boyfriend anyone could ever ask for".
I leaned in to Brennan and kissed him, it was the highlight of my night.

"I'll see you at school tomorrow Annie, I love you gorgeous". He said while kissing me on my forehead then walking to his car.

"I love you more". I mouthed to Brennan as he waved at me.

"I'm the luckiest girl in the world".
