happily ever after?

Annie's POV
The alarm on my phone goes off. It was 3:30, so i decided to get up and get ready for my very early morning with Brennan.

I put on my outfit that i planned the night before ( the outfit is on the top of the chapter for a better visual) and I put on my black converse and left my hair down.

I slowly opened my door to check if anyone was awake and gladly, everyone was still asleep. I turned off my light and opened my window so that i could sneak out from there. As i got down to the garage I hopped onto my bike and rode down to the beach.

Brennan's POV
I parked my bike and walked down to the beach. I saw a figure sitting on the sand but i couldn't tell if it was Annie.

"Annie?". I called out.

The figure turned around and looked at me. It was Annie.

"Hi Brennan!". Annie said as she jumped into my arms and kissed me.

"Hey gorgeous". I said as i set her down.

"I got this for you". I said while handing her a bouquet of white roses.

"Awww, thank you. I love it". She said while kissing my cheek.

We both walked along the beach and held hands as the ocean shore break splashed against our feet.

"So, now we know that we can be together now. What's our plan going to be for the rest of our lives together?". I asked as we continued to walk along the beach.

Annie looked up at me and smiled,
"I don't know, we're just gonna live each day to the fullest , with happiness and joy together. Then we'll see where life takes us from now".

"I agree". I said as i stopped walking.

"Why'd you stop?". Annie asked confused.

"Look". I said as i pointed to the moonlight that shined a little on Annie and I.

I then pulled Annie closer to me and kissed her slowly to make this moment count. I wanted this day to be remembered and cherished forever as we both grow old with each other.

I pulled away and Annie looked at me and blushed.

"I think i'm going to love you forever". Annie says while wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Hmm... everyday of forever?".

"Of course".

I looked at Annie's hand and she was wearing the ring i gave her from when she was at the hospital.

"Aww babe, you're wearing the ring i gave you". I said while holding up her hand.

"I never took it off". She said as she looked at her hand and smiled.
"And i never will".

I smiled at her and we both walked up and sat on the sand. I wrapped my arm around Annie and she did the same me as she rested her head on my shoulder.

"So, does this have a happily ever after?". I asked as i looked down at Annie.

She looked up at me and smiled,
"It seems like you were always my happily ever after".

"You're my happily ever after too." I said smiling back at her.

"Forever Brennan?".

"Forever , I promise Annie. I'm never letting you go".

From all the drama, the tears , the joy , the sadness, the heartaches and the distance apart from each other , they both always found a way back to each other. Love always brought them back to each other. This was a story they will cherish forever , a story they call Brannie.
