the sleepover

Annie's POV
So as I got my stuff into the car I text katie to let her know that we're on our way to her house.

Annie: We're on our way to your house but we have to drop off haley at gym first.
Katie: Okay, see you soon!
As we got in the car and drove off, we then dropped off haley then headed too katies house.

As we got there 10 minutes later mom tells me, "you be good my goofball, and let me know what time to pick you up tomorrow, okay?".

" Okay I will mom, love you." I said to her while opening the door. "Have fun, love you".

She said while waving to me. She then drove off. I walked to Katie's door and knocked on it.

Brennan's POV
As I was watching tv, I hear a knock on the door. "I got it". I yelled while rushing to the door.

As I opened the door, I see Annie. I smiled and ran my fingers through my hair, "Hey Annie". I said. "Hi Brennan, where's Katie?" she asked while walking into the house.

Katie then comes running down the stairs, "Finally here you are!" she said while hugging Annie. "Let's go up to my room and make video stars and musiclys." katie said while running up the stairs, Annie followed.

I decided too finish up my movie and then play some xbox.

Katie's POV
After we got done making some video stars I decided to ask Annie, "So, Brennan?" I asked while smirking and laughing at her. "Yes I like him Katie".

She said while laughing. "But I don't know how to tell him." She said afterwards. "Just tell him, it's better to just tell him now, remember it's now or never". I said. "You're right, maybe ill
tell him tomorrow or sooner, once I build up my confidence".

She said smiling. "Yeah! that's the spirit, I'm gonna go take a shower, I'll be back".
I said while walking to the door.

Brennan's POV
As I saw Katie walking to the bathroom I walk up the stairs and go into katies room to find annie on her phone.

"Hey Annie do you want to watch Divergent with me?" I asked. "Yeah, sure". She said while she stood up and smiled.

We both walked into the living room and sat down to watch the movie. I sat down next to Annie, she leaned on me a little but not too much where you could notice it, which was great.

My mom comes out of her room and says to us, "We are gonna meet up with everyone for dinner at a pizza place, So at 5:30 you guys should get ready okay?". "Okay". Annie and I said back.

She smiled and walked back to her room. Annie then looks at me and asks me, "Do you think everyone will start to wonder?". "Wonder about what?" I asked her. "Oh nothing". She said quickly and looked back at the tv.

I then thought to myself, That was strange, I wonder what she ment by "Will everyone will start to wonder?"
did she mean by us?
