Brennan's POV
When we arrived at the ice cream place we sat down and ordered what we wanted.

"three vanilla and two chocolate ice creams?". The waiter asked setting the ice cream down.

"Yes, thank you". My mom said while handing out our ice cream.

I looked at Annie and she had some ice cream on her cheek.

"Hey, Annie look at me". I said while laughing.

She looked at me and smiled as I wiped the ice cream off her cheek.

"Thanks". She said while blushing.
"Anytime". I said smiling.

When we got done we drove to the bowling alley and started to pick out our lanes.

"I challenge you, whoever gets the most points, wins". Annie said in a dramatic tone.  (which was pretty cute)

I smiled and walked over to her,
"Let's make a bet on it". I suggested.

She walked closer to me and smiled at me.
"Okay, what's the stakes?". She asked while slowly crossing her arms.

"If I win, you have to play soccer with me when we go home".  I said while smirking.

"Okay, and if I win, you have to do gymnastics with me".  She said while holding out her hand.

"Okay, deal!". I said while shaking her hand.
We walked to our lanes and started to bowl.

Annie's POV
As time went by, Brennan and I were still tied.
"Okay Brennan and Annie, one last bowl and that decides the winner". Mrs Jill said while standing up.

I looked at Brennan and he bowled, he missed a strike by two pins.

"Don't mess up Annie, Don't mess up". I thought to myself over and over again.

I took a step forward and bowled, I could hear my heart beating because of how nervous I was.

I missed a strike by one pin.
My eyes widened and I started to jump up and down in excitement and I ran to Katie.

"KATIE! KATIE I WON!!". I said while hugging her.
"Yayyy Annie!". Katie said laughing.

I turned around and Brennan was standing in front of me and he picked me up and hugged me,
"Congratulations!! you won our bet!".

"Yayyy!". I said with so much excitement.

He set me down and smiled down at me. (only now I realized how short I am)

"Okay guys, let's go return our shoes we gotta get going home". Mrs Jill said while walking to the counter.

We returned our shoes and we put back on our actual shoes we came with.
After,  we walked to the car so we could get going back home.

Brennan's POV
As we got home we went into the house and went down to the basement.
Well, only Annie followed me to the basement since Katie had homework to do and I lost the bet.

"Okay Princess, what are we doing first?". I asked while sitting on the mat.

She thought about it for a minute and I could see her eyes go big when she found an idea.

"Handstands!". She said while jumping.

My eyes widened,
(I couldn't do a handstand to save my life.)
"I'll try my best". I said while standing up.

She nodded and smiled as she sat down by the end of the mat.

I leaned forward and pushed my weight onto my hands, I had it for a second but then I fell.
But then I noticed, I fell on top of Annie.

Annie's POV
As I saw Brennan doing his handstand he had it for a second then he fell and pushed me down.
I opened my eyes and he was just looking at me speechless.

"Hi". I said nervously while blushing a little.
He smiled and moved my hair out of my face.

His lips were inches away from mines, I couldn't wait any longer.
I lightly smashed my lips against his and started to kiss him.

He did the same as he put one of his arms around me.
As I started to wrap my arms around his neck there was footsteps walking downstairs.

We both quickly broke the kiss and stood up as fast as we could.

"Are you guys doing okay down here?". Mrs Jill asked while leaning on the railing.

We both nodded and smiled at her.

"Okay, well Katie and Ryan is watching a movie upstairs, they set up the sleeping bags on the floor for you guys to sleep on tonight. Just come up when you guys are done." She said while walking back up the stairs.

"Okay, we will". Brennan said while folding up the mat.

He looked at me and gave me a dorky smile.

"What?". I asked laughing.

He walked over to me and held both of my hands,
"I wasn't expecting that, it turned out better then I expected".

"Same here". I said smiling.
I looked up at him and he quickly leaned in and kissed me once more.
I could feel sparks every time our lips touched, it was amazing.

He pulled away and smiled at me,
"Let's go". He said while taking my hand and making me follow him to the living room.
 
When we walked up the stairs I looked at mines and Brennan's hand being held together.
Only then I realized, an amazing person like him, was hard to find. I don't want anyone one else but him.
