the talk

Annie's POV
My eyes go big.
"I am not lying!". I yelled
"Yes you are Annie!". Liv yells back
Brennan runs in. "What's going on?". he says confused.
"Nothing Brennan, Annie is just lying that's all". Liv says scooting b Brennan.
"That's it!". I go to attack Liv but Brennan grabs me and holds me back.
"Girls calm down!". My mom says looking at me and Liv.
"Annie's not lying, what she's saying is true, and I have proof". Brennan says then calls in Katie and Sydney. They come walking in with their arms crossed. "Liv payed us $20 to cover her up with the lie." Sydney said. "Yeah and if we did she would ruin our lives forever". Katie added.
My mom looks at Liv disappointed.
"Why didn't you just tell us the truth Liv?". My mom asked.
"I don't know...I liked seeing Annie being in trouble for something she didn't do." Liv says.
"You guys are friends, you guys aren't supposed to have this kind of drama". My mom says fixing my hair. "Do you think you can forgive her Annie?". My mom added. I looked at Liv and looked down. "Sure". I said. Liv hugs me, "I'm sorry Annie". She said while letting go. I smiled and said "it's okay". then walked away with Brennan.

Brennan's POV
"You okay?". I asked Annie. She nodded her head. "Let's go jumping on the trampoline!". She said while pulling me to the trampoline. "It's wet". I said while laughing. "It's just water, cmon jump with me!". Annie said. As we jumped I decided to lay down. "I'm gonna lay down okay?". "Okay". Annie said while laughing. As I close my eyes
I hear Annie slip, I quickly open my eyes and she lands on top of me. Her cheeks quickly turn red. "I'm sorry". She said while getting up. "It's okay". I said smiling. "Come sit by me". I tell her while lightly pulling her hand down. She sits next to me. "How was your day so far?". I asked. "It was fine, you made it better though". She said smiling at me. I leaned in next to her, "you're so cute". I said while holding her hand. She blushed. It quickly began to rain, "Oh no it's raining!". Annie said running off the trampoline. As we ran back to the house I turn around for a second then hear a thump. Annie tripped over a vine. "Oh my gosh Annie are you okay?!". I asked. She shook her head and started to cry. I picked her up and carried her back into the house. As I opened the door everyone looked at me, "What happened?!". Annie's mom asked. "She tripped over a vine". I said while laying her on the couch. "Thank you so much Brennan for helping her". Mr billy says. Katie smiled at me. I sat down by myself since Katie, Haley, and Ryan were playing with play doh in the kitchen and Mr Billy put Annie in her room. I sat there playing with my phone until my mom said, "Okay guys we gotta go, tell everyone bye". "Wait I need to use the bathroom". I said running upstairs. I lied, I went to Annie's room instead. I opened the door and she was sleeping. I walked over to her bed then moved her hair away from her face and kissed her cheek. "I love you Annie".
