interesting night for the both of us

Brennan's POV
I smiled, "same here, you've made my life complete Annie".
As I was about to lean in to Annie, mom yelled, "Brennan were leaving!".
"Okay!". I yelled back.

I stood up and Annie did the same.
"I'll probably see you tomorrow at gym practice Annie". I said while running back into the house.

"Brennan, wait!". Annie yelled.
I turned around and she comes running up to me and gives me a kiss.
"I love you Brennan".
"I love you too Annie".

Annie's POV
After Brennan and his family left, I've decided to get changed into my sleep wear and just relax in my room.
I then got a text from Liv.

Liv: Annie I know what you are doing! Brennan is mine not yours! STOP TRYING TO TAKE HIM AWAY FROM ME BECAUSE IF YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE ME JEALOUS ITS NOT WORKING. UGH YOU ARE LITERALLY THE MOST IRRITATING PERSON EVER!!".

After I read that text I started to get frustrated but sad at the same time.

"Why does Liv hate me so much? Is it because I'm dating Brennan or Brennan doesn't like her back the way she wants him too?, whatever it's not my problem anyways, if she doesn't like me then that's her problem".
I put my phone on the charger and fell asleep.

Brennan's POV
As I started to fall asleep, my mom knocks on the door.
"Brennan? are you up?". She says while creaking the door open.
"I am now". I said while sitting up.
She turns on the lights and sits on my bed.

"So Brennan, there's something I have to tell you".
"Okay, what is it?".
"So I've gotten a job promotion...which means that they're going to relocate me to another state to work in that position that they've put me in".

"Wait...we're moving?". I asked confused.
She nodded her head and smiled a little.
"To where?".
"We're moving to California.."

"Mom I don't want to move! Why can't we just stay with dad then you can come visit us every once in awhile?".
She looked down and thought about it for awhile.

"Brennan, don't you understand? this could be a fresh start for you! you can make new friends and start a new life!"

"But mom I don't want a new life! I like my life where we are. I can't just leave all of my friends and family like this! Especially, Annie.  Mom, do you know how much I love Annie? Leaving her is like leaving my whole life behind. She makes me so happy. I don't want to let her go".

After finishing my sentence I began to start crying.
"Brennan, I understand how much you and Annie love each other. But you have to let go at some point right?".

I shook my head.
"No, I'm never going to leave her mom!, No matter how hard it gets, I'm never going to let her go".

"Brennan, she's just another girl that you're in love with. By the time you graduate from high school, is she still going to matter to you?".
She asked while hugging me.

"She's not just another girl mom, She's my whole world. I want to be with her forever. My life has changed ever since I met her".

Mom stood up and walked to the door then turned around to look at me,
"We'll talk about this tomorrow Brennan."
She turned off my light and closed the door.

I layed back down in bed and wiped away my tears.
"How am I going to tell Annie this?".

Annie's POV
When I woke up this morning, I got changed into my leo and slipped on my shorts and shirt over it. I went downstairs and got started on my school work.

"Hey, Annie are you almost done with school yet?". Mom yelled from her room.

"No, I just got started!". I yelled back.

"Well I guess you're going to have to finish it when you get home, it's time for you to get to gym."

"Okay!". I closed my computer and grabbed my gym bag.

"Are you ready to go?". She asked while walking into the living room.

"Yeah, just give me a minute".

"Okay, I'll be in the car waiting".

I nodded my head and put on my shoes. After, I ran to the garage and went into the car to get to gym practice.

Brennan's POV
As we drove to drop off Katie at gym. I walked inside with Katie to help her with the bags.

"I'm going to finish up my school work, Brennan. You can go". Katie said while taking out her books.

I nodded my head and walked inside to tell coach Mary that was here.
In the corner of my eye, I saw Annie running to me.

"Brennan!". She said while hugging me.
"Hi Annie". I kissed her head.
"Where's Katie?". She asked looking around.
"She's over there finishing her school work". I said while pointing at her.
"Oh okay".
I looked down and thought, "Should I tell Annie about what mom told me last night?".
"I'm just going to tell her".

I looked at Annie and held her hand,
"There's something I have to tell you, Annie..."
