together once again

Annie's POV
Everyone stopped talking then turned to look at us.

"Okay, what is it?". Mrs Jill asked.

Brennan grabbed my hand and held it so everyone could see,
"We're dating again". Brennan said in a nervous tone.

Everyone's eyes widened,
"yay!, finally!". We heard from all over the room.

I smiled with excitement and I looked at Brennan, He smiled at me then kissed my cheek.

"AWWWW CUTE!". Katie yelled while jumping on the couch.

I giggled at her then took Brennan into the kitchen to start dinner.
"That wasn't so bad, right?". He asked while turning on the stove.

"It was better than I expected". I said with a cheeky smile.

After we got done cooking and eating dinner, we all decided to sit down in the living room and talk.
Hayley and Ryan were playing outside with the glow in the dark balloons.
Katie was face-timing Arden.
Then My mom, dad and Mrs Jill were talking to each other.

"Annie?". Brennan said whispering as he tapped my shoulder.

"Hm?".

"Let's go for a swim in the lake".

"But it's cold Brennan".

"C'mon just this once, for me". He said while wrapping his arm around me.

"Fine, okay". I said while standing up.

We got changed into our swim suits and we walked to the lake.

"On 3 okay?". I said while holding onto Brennan's arm.

"Okay".

"1..2....too late!". Brennan said while jumping into the lake.

"Brennan!". I said while laughing.

"Cmon just jump in, I'll catch you".

"Sure you will". I teased

"If you don't I'll go back up there and I'll make you jump in with me."

"Is that so?". I said while crossing my arms.

He nodded his head and smiled as he climbed back up the ladder.

"Oh gosh, okay fine, FINE I'll jump in". I jumped in and I felt his arms wrap around me.

"See that wasn't so hard". He said smirking.

"I guess". I said giggling.

"Let's go underwater, I want to show you something".

"Okay".

We both went under water, He pulled me close to him then he cupped my cheeks and kissed me.

I could feel sparks everywhere.

We came up for air and smiled at each other.
"Let's get going back up".

"Okay". I said while following him back up the ladder.

He turned around quickly and picked me up.

"What are you doing?". I giggled

"Carrying you back to the house". He said as he kissed my cheek.

When we got to the back door he set me down we went inside the house.

"Brennan, mom said we're going to sleep over tonight because she needs to go to work early in the morning". Katie said while looking off of her phone.

"Oh okay, cool". Brennan said while drying off with a towel.

After we got done showering and getting ready for bed, Brennan and I decided to just hangout in my room since Katie was already sleeping by the time we were done showering.

I layed down next to Brennan as I turned off my lamp.

"Tonight was fun". He said whispering.

"Very fun". I said blushing.

He leaned in and gave me a quick kiss.

"Goodnight Brennan".

"Goodnight my princess".

We cuddled up together and drifted off to sleep.

I apologize for not updating as much as I used to but since I'm not doing anything today I will try to update all of my books. Thank you guys for continuing to read my book. love you guys😊❤️
