don't let me go

Annie's POV
As we arrived at home, Katie and I went into my room and made some musiclys.

"ANNIE, KATIE! BRENNAN GUYS ARE HERE!". My mom yelled.

We both stood up and Katie looked at me.
"You ready to do go?". She asked.
I nodded my head.
She walked to me and hugged me,
"Everything's going to be okay".
We let go of the hug and I smiled at her.

Brennan's POV
When I sat down on the couch I saw Annie walking down the stairs. She smiled and ran to me.

"Hi!". she said while jumping on the couch.
"Hi beautiful, how was your day?". I asked while moving her hair out of her face.
"It was..ehh". She said while looking up at me.

I lightly pulled her closer to me and held both of her hands.

"So...tonight we're going to have a family talk about this whole moving thing and im going to try to see if i can stay with my dad".
She nodded her head and looked down. I could tell she was trying not to cry.

She then grabbed my hand and stood up.
"Let's go sit outside on the dock". Annie smiled as she took my hand making me follow her.
I smiled and nodded my head.
We walked out to the dock and sat down.
Annie scooted closer to me and leaned on me.

Annie's POV
I leaned on Brennan and held his hand.
"I really hope you can stay...".

"I'll try my best to stay here, I need to stay here with you. If I don't...my life will never be the same without you".
I could see him starting to tear up, but he wasn't letting himself.

I hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.
"No matter what Brennan, I'll always love you. Nothing can ever change my love for you. My love for you is crystal clear".

He looked at me and smiled.
"I always love you. No matter what, I'll always choose you".
Slowly by slowly, he leaned in and kissed me, wrapping his arms around me and pulling me closer to him.

As it was starting to get more heated, Mrs Jill yelled for us to come back in to get into a group picture.

Brennan pulled away and smirked at me.
"That was great, wasn't it?.
I giggled and nodded my head.
"Cmon, let's get back inside." He said while laughing.
We walked back to the house and walked by everyone.

"There you guys are!". Katie yelled while hugging us.
"Come here, stand by me you two". She said while motioning us to walk with her.
We followed her and grouped together.

"Okay, 1,2,3! smile!". Mrs Jill said while snapping the picture.

I could feel Brennan slowly holding my hand.
I looked up at him and smiled.
He smiled back and kissed my cheek.

"Okay, kids we have to get home, dads waiting for us". Mrs Jill said while walking out the door and telling my mom and dad bye.

"Bye Annie!". Katie said while running up to me and hugging me.
"You wanna have a sleepover tomorrow?". She asked.

"Yeah, sure!". I said while letting go of the hug.
"Okay, I'll text you the details later". She said while running out the door.

I then walked to Brennan and he gave me the biggest hug ever.
"I'll let you know how everything goes okay?".
"Okay".

He kissed my forehead then whispered "I love you". while walking away.
"I love you too". I whispered back while waving to him.

After they left I hung out with Hayley on the trampoline till it was dinner time.

Brennan's POV
When we arrived home, I was about to go up to my room,

"Brennan, no we're all going to talk about this situation". My mom said while walking over to the living room.

"Ugh okay". I said walking to the couch and sitting down.
Dad sat next to me and mom sat across from us.

"Brennan, why don't you want to move with mom, Katie, and ryan to California?".  My dad asked.

I looked down and ran my fingers through my hair.

"I don't want to start a new life...Can't you see? I'm perfectly happy where we are at now!. I don't want to leave my family and friends behind. The main reason I don't want to go is...Annie."

Dad looked at my mom with a weird look then looked back at me.
"What does Annie have to do with all of this?". He asked confused.

"She's my girlfriend...I love her so much. I can't live without her.."

"Brennan, she's just a girl. Once you move to California it won't matter anymore to you. Anyways, You'll see each other in 3 years".

"Don't you get it?!, I NEED her in my life!. I said yelling a little.

I could see the shock in my dads eyes, he then stood up and said,
"Brennan, you CAN'T stay here!".
